When I informed him of all the errors, he agreed to refund half of my deposit. When I picked up my Trust copy, I discovered one more example of his sloppy work: a large water stain on the cover, as if it had been carelessly used as a drink coaster. At the time, I was experiencing homelessness, severe trauma, health complications on top of disability's, and impaired judgment due to overwhelming circumstances.
