I wouldn't even give these kennels one star…read more.... The kennels blocks are so old and cold and generally look very dirty. I went to look round as I needed to board my two large dogs. The staff seemed to have very little knowledge about dogs and their needs. And appeared to want to rush me out of the place before answering my questions. I saw two kennels blocks - the second block being so small I can't imagine what dogs they put in there!! May I also add that there is no heating in the second block of kennels!! Dogs looked fed up and miserable, they are not walked each day as I later found out, although one of the kennel girls did tell me they were..... I wouldn't use these kennels if they were the last kennels on the planet.

My dogs didn't actually get to stay here because my booking was not handled professionally. The…read morebooking was made and all my dog's details entered into their computer. I wasn't able to pay a deposit at that time as they had no card facilities. I called about 10 days later just to query the size of the kennel for two dogs. I was phoned back by Craig and felt like I was being told off for my concerns. Two days later I went to pay the deposit and miraculously no double kennels were available. I was told they had all been booked out by other people but it didn't ring true. In fact I think Craig was so offended by my concerns he simply didn't want my dogs there. In hindsight it's probably a good thing because I didn't feel comfortable with the small double kennel. I would have thought though that any business that takes a provisional booking would have the courtesy to check with the initial customer before simply cancelling their booking without notification. Very unprofessional and slightly vindictive I felt.
