My family and I have a long-standing relationship with We Rock the Spectrum Boca Raton, from when Gail and her family owned the gym to now under the wonderful ownership of Adam and Jodi. This gym is a safe and fun haven for all kids, and my daughters absolutely love it. We've hosted several parties here and can't recommend it enough. The gym is closed off exclusively for your guests during your allocated time, and the back room with tables and chairs is perfect for decorating. The staff is always super friendly and helpful, making every visit seamless and enjoyable. We love you, WRTS Boca!

My 2 1/2 year old son went today for the first and we had a blast! It was a little crowded (probably because it was a rainy day) but they have a wide variety of toys and activities for all age groups which I saw were being regularly sanitized. They even had a dark quiet area with hands on activities and sensory items. The staff that was working were very kind and professional and the lobby was filled with toys and activities to purchase. We will definitely be coming back!

My son hasn't been around a lot of kids and been able to go many places. We rock the Spectrum was a great first experiment amidst this pandemic because I feel even better to go back again! Everything was clean and every parent and child of age was wearing a mask. The staff is so friendly and respectful of being up to par with sanitation. The bathrooms were very clean. They have a great private room for parties. I was even able to put my son is a clean high chair and feed him lunch so he can go back to playing. I can't get over how happy this gym made my son. Here are some pictures of during and after.

One of the most friendliest stuff I ever saw! They are so nice and cool, playing with the kids none stop! Place is not so big, but for a 6 year old or less it's just perfect. Plenty of parking outside and if you need a break and get coffee, right outside there are plenty of shops, and of course the stuff will watch the kids for you.

The home was originally owned by Boca Raton pioneers Mamie Myrick and her daughter, Aldah Myrick who had one of the first automobiles in Boca Raton. In 1917 the house was sold to its next owners Nellie and George Race. Their daughter Race Williams named the house Singing Pines because of the sound the wind made when going through the pine trees on the property. Race entered a nursing home and passed away in 1979. The house was moved to Memorial Park in 1976 and the name Singing Pines was changed to Children's Museum when it opened with it's first exhibit Pioneer Kitchen. The museum is very small but wonderful for toddlers and the preschool set. Admission is $5. The different play stations are Ricketts Corner Store which gives children the opportunity to play store in a recreation of Boca Raton's first grocery. KidsCents Bank Sponsored by First Southern Bank has bank teller windows and a vault so kids can practice their money skills. Oscar's Post Office gives children the opportunity to make postcards for a friend. Dr. Dig's Back-Porch has fossils and a puzzle. The Children of the Wilderness demonstrates the pioneer history of Singing Pines. There is also a pirate ship and fort outdoor exhibit and water tables for water play which are sponsored by FPL. This little museum is filled with old fashioned charm. What a wonderful place to get kids to put down the tablets and just play and interact. I love how this historic home has been transformed into a place of play and learning for children. I think that the civic leaders and pioneer women who occupied the home would be happy that it is continuing in this way. I had a lot of great times in this museum with my daughter who is grown now. I especially loved coming for the Halloween party. I was glad to see that they are not only going strong but expanding and increasing their programs for the public.

It feels more suited for toddlers and younger children rather than the full age range they advertise. The biggest downside is the setup when you first walk in. The entrance/lobby area is very small and gets crowded quickly with parents and kids. There's very limited seating, and it felt tight and a bit messy with people eating in that space. I also didn't love that adults are charged just to go past the gate (including needing to purchase socks), even if you're just supervising. That felt unnecessary compared to similar places. That said, the woman working at the front was extremely kind and welcoming -- very easy to talk to and helpful. She mentioned this is actually the smallest of their locations, which makes sense. Inside the play area was cleaner and more organized, and the bathrooms were very nice and well-maintained. Overall, it's a decent spot for younger kids to burn energy. My daughter enjoyed herself and wants to go back -- I'd just consider trying one of their larger locations next time.

And the tree that it's named after gumbo limbo! Which is a red tree that peels We attended the free 10:00 am tour which lasted an hour. It was mostly the tour guide talking who is a volunteer and very nice. Very enthusiastic. It was a little drawn out and we stoped every 10 steps but worth it. I took the stopping moments to take everything in and even spotted huge spiders. I forgot what they are called but there are the biggest ones I have seen and they are all over. He said they can bite but it's like a bee sting and not poisonous. And they stay off the path anyway. There are huge tanks of really big fish. The barracuda is huge and has the cleanest teeth. These fish are fed well. The place is kept very clean, there are a lot of staff to answer your questions. And there is someone even cleaning the outside of the tanks. They also have a sea horse tank. The butterfly garden is small, saw some zebra butterflies and I think a cardinal bird. You can walk towards the inlet and there is a small peaceful beach and picnic area that is covered. This spot is free but you can make a donation in the main building to help support the education and research provided here. There is free parking but it gets full quick. However the place is not that large and it may take only a couple loops to line up with someone leaving. If not there is paid beach parking across the street along the road there. There isn't a food or beverage but maybe bring a water bottle if you plan on doing the overlook (especially as it gets hotter). They have a butterfly garden but we only saw one butterfly at the time. They have two tall tanks where they do the feedings that have fish, rays, and a couple turtles. They also have two smaller tanks, one with really large fish and another with smaller. There are some outdoor tortoises as well as a college Marine research area where you can watch them being studied and ask questions of the students there. The overlook is beautiful and provides a nice view of the intracoastal and a slight view of the ocean. There are a few interactive educational boards along the walk up the ramp. If you want a more direct route up or down, they also have stairs. The path also extends into the mangroves and along the way back to the main building.

A couple of notes that could have made this a 5 star experience for us (but maybe not for every Little Monster): We felt the white paper should have been changed out before each class, or at least daily, giving the kiddos a fresh canvas to witness their "art" coming alive and be part of creating that together. It also would have been great to include a very short intro for littles that had been there for the first time, modeling the painting, and getting them used to the sensory or maybe even color mixing... not taking away from the freedom and independence of the "class", but rather adding 5-10 minutes to dip their toes in the water.
