There were so many shot-of-a-lifetime senior photos that we couldn't choose, and fortunately she makes them all available to her clients digitally, so we didn't have to. We requested a slightly off-the-beaten-path approach to my teenage daughter's senior pictures, and Treva had so many ideas of how to feature that location and vibe- the resulting senior portraits were a thrill and will be treasured. Beyond her obvious skill level as a portrait photographer, Treva has what can't be taught: she is able to make her portrait subjects at ease- even the camera shy. She was so encouraging without making a "big deal" out of it, that my teen immediately got comfortable and was willing to try anything Treva presented to her. When the digital proofs cam out, my very private teenage daughter was simply aglow. Any time she looks at the photos, she still sparkles, and that's a great gift to her mama. Senior photos can be another big expense during your student's final year of high school, and we appreciated Treva's affordability, though you might want to get in fast before the whole world finds out... she does family portraits, pet portraits, and much more, so definitely check out her website. She provided ample dress suggestions, and made recommendations on accessories and family clothing and provided so many location options. Photographer was very unprofessional and was rushing me through the shoot despite me paying a set…read morerate for a set number of photos. On top of this he took over a week and a half longer than advertised to get my photos edited. He was very rude when I would ask for updates and would take hours to respond with a vague, unhelpful response. He would typically just say "Im working on it" or "ill have it done in a bit". Only after I threatened to give him a one star review did I receive the photos. The final nail in the coffin is that the photos I received were objectively bad. I understand that beauty is in the eye of the beholder but the photos I received were poorly lit, poorly framed and some were blurry. There Is no excuse for a "professional" photographer to take worse picture than I can take on my iPhone. I believe that the poor picture quality was due to him rushing through the shoot and not really caring about the final result. I like to support small up and coming business however I would recommend you take your money literally anywhere else.
