They charged us hundreds more than necessary, which we found out at the Pasadena courthouse. They didn't include a middle name and so the name change we requested didn't go through. Instead of rectifying it, they asked for more money to do it over. The lady that worked there said to my husband after we asked for a refund, " Doesn't your wife work!" When we talked to the manager, she thought we took care of it some where else by this tiime and said, "Well it went thorough now, so there is no problem now!" We told her it didn't and she didn't offer any refund! I wouldn't recommend this place. We paid over $800 and had to pay Pasadena courthouse to re-do the whole thing! read more

They called me after my review early in the morning while I was asleep and very aggressively badgered me about my review. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I kept telling them that I needed to go and ended up hanging up on them cause they wouldn't let me go. I am not quite sure why this office has bad reviews when my experience there was pleasant and helpful. My ex and I are going through a divorce. We wanted to make it as simple as possible. I called the office. The lady was very helpful, spoke to my ex and I both. We were emailed the documents to start the divorce process. They are very reasonable in pricing as well. I did not have to step foot into their office. We filled out the info, emailed it back. My ex sent the money in for the down payment, and they submit everything to the courts. Two women as owners run this business with no enough space for their customers, no privacy and no separate desks for customers. Very rude and pushy for what they have to say,dont give customers to explain themselves. We visit them for living trust for two, they gave us 2 diff price for single or married. and signed few papers very fast because they were rush and had other customers. Our papers was ready after 10 days, we went to pick up then learned they asking for extra $10.00 for each signatures. (With Burbank or other offices everything is included in the price. $499.00 but Glendale charged us $599.00 as joint????) . We got our papers and had a friend to notary, when returned for rest of the work they had few other reason not to help us to finish the paper work!!!! reason was " If you paid us for notary we could finish helping you the paper work"? I felt I was doing business in a communist country, (PAY EXTRA for any work, even if its included in price. I strongly recommend Burbank office, nice atmosphere, extra space in waiting room, no rush and such a fantastic honest friendly service!!!!!
