Needless to say our loan expired and our realtor and our lawyer assured us we had no further obligation with this company. They are now trying to charge me money for a loan that expired even though we didn't borrow money from them. We have been harassed from the time we said we wouldn't pay them for something they did not supply us. From what I understand, this is a very unusual fee to charge. I've been pre-approved for home loans numerous times and never been asked to pay if we did not use the loan and expired. AVOID OCEANS MORTGAGE OUT OF CORONA, CALIFORNIA AT ALL COSTS.
