All I get from April in the office is empty promises about calling me back to schedule. After 7 weeks April calls me to let me know they will be here Friday morning to complete the work that they were paid for 2 months ago. I take a vacation day off from work yesterday to make sure I'm here and available. Guess what. No show and no call. Given all the positive responses on their page and being called out in Best of Mitchell, I thought they were a reputable business that had a great customer experience. My experience doesn't reflect that at all. I am very disappointed in Mitchell Roofing & Siding for taking my money and not completing the repairs in the time frame I was given (3 weeks). It's been 8 weeks now and I feel cheated. Live and learn I guess.
