They are immaculate and take immense pride in what they do. They are very accommodating and really nice people. Our search for solid wood furniture in the regular big box stores, and on Dundas street in Mississauga, and Kennedy in Scarborough has bee long and frustrating journey, consequently we started searching for custom solid maple bed-set solution as a reasonable price, and they delivered. What they delivered far exceeded our expectations. We were extremely happy to tip them. And a few months later they are now working on a custom home office desk, and wall cabinets for both sides of our fireplace - I'll post a review and photos for those projects once delivered and installed. It is truly exciting waiting to see what they will deliver this time around!! Thumbs up!!

The cheque came back NSF it Bounced thats right they wrote me a bad cheque i callled the company spoke to the lady and she told me she would resolve the issue .i have left somany phone calls no one has returned my call or gix the problem.

When I…read moremet Chris (the owner) he seemed to initially understand my needs for the kitchen reno as well as my time frame. Once the initial deposit was provided everything went downhill. Chris no longer thought of me as a priority, there were numerous appointments missed, phone calls were no longer being returned and the disappointment grew from there. I was quoted 4-6 weeks max (small kitchen) they started in April 2023 and still to this date there are a few things not completed. To put it into perspective it's Sept 2024 and therefor I have been waiting for over a year for the full kitchen to be completed. Some of the reasons why the hold up occurred were because the material I wanted was ordered incorrectly, cabinets ordered incorrectly, floating shelf was broken. It still has a chip in it and they refuse to order another. They even installed the wrong colour in hopes that I wouldn't notice. The cabinets that they installed continued to sag from the roof causing gaps in the ceiling and the cabinets, which i was told is normal. I later found out this is not the case and that they forgot to put proper support on the cabinets. When questioned about multiple items that I didn't think were up to standard or safety they blamed everyone from the house moving, to someone else interfering with the finishing. I was actually told that they can't control what happens when the workers aren't there. If I knew how to reno I would not have hired them. Never once did Chris and Classic Kitchens take responsibility for any of the work, poor customer service. I was without a working stove or sink for 5 months and even then Chris did think the fact that they were over their time allotment was a big deal. I wonder what he would think if it was his house! This is just a short list of what went wrong. When listing them all out to my lawyer, there were over 75 major errors. There are several people trying to put together a claim to go after them and how terrible they have been. I have stepped out because I have chosen to sell my house due to the HUGE mess they have made. As selling my home seems to be a better option then dealing with them! While setting up for sale, I found out that they left live wires between the walls! Overall I found the owner and designers rather rude and arrogant. Chris constantly spoke down to me when we had differences of opinions, he and the staff had called me "a liar" multiple times and even when I had written proof, and never offered any apologies and after the fact when they realized I was correct a staff member called and apologized to me. She was fired. Many of the staff started speaking out against Chris, when he found out, he either fired them or told them that they weren't permitted to speak with me. There is a whole facebook group trying to put together a class action suit against them. Steer clear!!!! They also over billed me and I had to get my lawyer involved to get the over payment back. You will 100% regret going with classic kitchens. Better choice is the ad on craigslist.
