He texts on Tuesday afternoon and says he can't make it on Wednesday and asks if I can reschedule for today at 9am. I understand things happen and we reschedule for today 9am. 8:35am I get a text saying he's not coming, it's too far, he doesn't want the job. 25 min before the agreed appt time and he sends that text. I had all of my board members lined up to attend. Now have to call and tell them. What kind of a cheap company does this? It's not like they didn't have access to GPS so he knew how far it was. 23 years ago, Thompson Well and Pump put in my residential well and for those 23 years I have never…read morehad a problem. Yesterday it stopped working and I thought the worst. I contacted the company about getting someone out to work on the well and I was surprised that I got an email back almost immediately. The next day I got a call from the company to set up an appointment to come out and work on my well pump. During the call Jerry asked me what was going on with the pump and after I told him he asked me if I had checked the overload switch to see if had tripped. I told him no and he explained where it was and how to reset it. I hung up and went out and sure enough the switch had tripped. When I reset it, the pump powered right up. So quite embarrassed I called Jerry back and cancelled the appointment and thanked him for his help. Now that my friends is customer service!!! Jerry also explained to me that if it should continue to trip to call him back and they would come out and take care of the problem.
