I am writing to express my disappointment with the services provided by Weaver Law Firm in Gainesville, GA, regarding my car accident case. Despite my persistent calls over a two-year period, they appeared apathetic and uncommitted to my case. They rationalized their alleged extra effort by referencing my frequent inquiries, yet ultimately dismissed my claim, citing the absence of outstanding bills due to my receipt of medical treatment at a clinic. However, I continue to experience severe and ongoing symptoms, including night terrors, an inability to work, and chronic pain in my left hand and knees, which now necessitate replacement surgery. Although Weaver Law Firm may claim they provided satisfactory representation and even reimbursed me for their services, I strongly disagree. Their delayed filing of my case, which they attributed to the police, raises concerns about their professionalism and dedication to their clients. A subsequent consultation with another law firm suggested that the lack of medical bills hindered my case, further highlighting my dissatisfaction with Weaver Law Firm's handling of my case. I do not feel that Weaver Law Firm in Gainesville, Georgia valued me as an injured person and client. I have been in counseling since the accident on March 22, 2022. It's been three years. The gentleman who fell asleep and caused the car accident had his lawyer, who had my case thrown out due to late filing. My lawyer said to me and my husband before my case was thrown out by not one but two judges, 'Do I look worried?' several times. I asked you to please think twice before hiring the Weaver Law Firm for any case like mine. If Weaver Law Firm responses to my review. I don't care what they have to say to save face with me. Stay away from Weaver Law Firm!!! They have the worst customer service. When I call, I do not get returned phone calls. When I send an email, I do not get a reply. Unfortunately, I have been dealing with this law firm since February 2023, a year and 8 months now. I was first dealing with Mr. Weaver, until he breached confidentiality, to later be passed off to his son. I had a case with them, I never got a one on one meeting,to learn about the details of the case until the day of the hearings. needless to say that I lost the case. I believe that these folks are unethical at best. I went in for a pretty standard will. Dan Parr said I would have a e-copy within 1 week and I paid the $800. Well, three weeks later...nothing. I had to call and ask for what I had already paid $800 for. They finally called me back and we played phone tag. After three attempts, I never heard anything back from them. AND - they still have my $800. RUN...RUN FAST from this practice. They will - just take your money and run! read more

Mike Weaver represented me several years ago in a criminal domestic case, and when I informed him that law enforcement never informed me of my rights or that they would be placing me under arrest, he told me it was my word against theirs and never brought it up in court to defend me! I was innocent of my charges, but because I am female, he did not defend me as he should have. If you want to lose your divorce case go with Mike Weaver, worst divorce lawyer ever. First off i told Mike she wanted the house, 20000 of my 401k, all the new furniture and his response was what makes her think she will get all that. I said i dont know you tell me. I asked if i needed to get an estimate on the house and he said no, if we have to we will do that later, which never happened and i could have used that as a bargaining chip. During the mediation he let Jason be in charge. She asked for everything previously mentioned plus a truck, lawnmower, pressure washer, weedeater. Jason said her getting all that was a good deal if i didnt have to pay alimony. They didnt mention that before and did not prepare me at all before i went in. He said if it went to court her lawyer michelle hall was a bulldog. I asked what are you a puppy dog. I should have went before a judge but with these guys i had already paid 5000 i thought what was the point. I knew i would not be represented well and then lose everything anyway plus pay more fees and court cost. What got me was i could pay the $5000 in payments, the other lawyers wanted the full $5000 up front. I should have went with another lawyer. Dont make my mistake and lose everything you have. read more

I would never recommend this law group, specifically Clint Teston. He never return calls even though many were left both on his VM or with the receptionist. He did not inform me of any responses from the other party, To date I don't know where I stand with this case!! That firm does not even deserve ONE star. read more
