The product they delivered was quite decent, but if you can't use it long term, what is the point? I would look else where when choosing a company.

They responded with insisting on charging us for their 60 day separation process. While doing this they shutdown all active campaigns, while still attempting to collect money. They have not fulfilled any commitments to releasing our data or access to our accounts. Timelines they set. We stopped payment as a result of this. BFR has now circumvented our stop payment and charged more money. Again, they have not provided any of the data or account access they promised. This company is quickly showing a gross display of unethical and deceptive behavior. We regret working with them. We feel they took advantage of our vulnerable startup.
