Below is why you should not hire this firm. Lendans response is dishonest and lacks any relationship to fact. No accountability Lie and Blame that's his game so lets review together. 1. Lendan is the second attorney not third or fourth and this is a completely separate road and issue. This is our second access issue with the opposition. The first one resulted in our 1st awful lawyer knowing nothing about prescriptive easements and us losing access needlessly to a road we were using for 15 years. That is why this was so critical to us, my husband is blind and we needed help. Of course Lendan knows all of this. 60 days in he called us to the office for an in person meeting. They had been preparing for the wrong easement!! They were discussing the old issue which we even knew was a waste of time. We had to stop the meeting to set them straight. They wanted to litigate and go to court and thought we had a good case. We had to stop that waste of time and our money (but still paid our bill). 2. "Driving on someone else's land". Maybe, that was the question! The facts are that we asked Lendan this question from day one (well documented), we asked "Can they do this"? Lendan refused to answer this question, for months we would ask this one thing and be ignored. He told us we had a good case. Until late April he still wanted to litigate! As our review says he never did get us the answers. He was informed by opposing counsel and passed it along to us in MAY! He hadn't even read the easement information we provided the first week of January which caused more problems later. If Lendan had done the work of a thorough lawyer he would have told us in January or February our cases strength or in this case weakness and given practical counsel, but each update only recommended long term expensive approaches and to fight. Litigation, $10K a day arbitration plus his fees to prepare, 2 year delays. etc "2 Year agreement" This is a good story as well. This came after he had promised an agreement in May. He said our opponent made a proposal to help pay for the new driveway. Even then we asked "if they are convinced we cant drive there why would they help pay for our new driveway"? No answer other than than this was a legit proposal...We had sent 2 strong emails saying we were done and out of money and that's when this mystery offer that came out of the blue... WE NEVER GOT THAT OFFER, it just kept the meter going. By the way Lendan or the team have never been here, the area is straight and flat. No grading needed just another way to drag out another billable month, 2 years or whatever, same as the mystery offer. "$18K, $25K" Be sure you hire a lawyer who can add and do math. So here are the facts. After not being able to deliver the promised offer to us. He berated us on the conference call where he dumped us saying that this ($25K/road improvements) was new information and "if you can show you sent the info I'll wipe out your bill", he was quite nasty and condescending to us. He actually said to my husband "well you are a man so maybe we don't do this in front of your wife, why don't you get back to us in an hour". WTH!! We supplied the proof of the road improvements the next morning, it was the exact information he had the first few days we were working together in January, so we are still waiting for our check. His comments here are an out and out lie. The $18K was more like $3K . Lie, blame no accountability. Paying our bills Another lie. We were paid to April. Because of his promise of an offer to help pay for the new driveway we waited all of May. No results no offer. He had $5k in retainer that would have covered us and combined with $1800ish is redundant billing (another issue) we were easily current. 5 months in, our position was clear, lets get the offer and see what we need to do financially. It should have been over or close to over. Saying we were not paying our bill is just another lie and crappy thing to do to a client. We never heard anything about a 2 year delay strategy until the conference call our last day as a client when he dumped us. There was clearly no offer so blame the client and the 2 year plan was born to keep the meter going again The only thing worse than our first just bad lawyer is this passive aggressive billing machine. - Spent 2 month on the wrong road - missed critical information provided by the clients week one, and then wrongly blamed and fired his clients . - Consistently proposed long expensive and wrong strategies - Refused to answer basic questions we had - Twice informed and schooled by opposing counsel on critical case details they would not address with us costing months of time and money - Lies conflates, condescending and blames his client - Threatened us legal action twice over our Yelp Please hire anyone else to be your advocate. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with Webb Law Group. The initial consultation went well and all the staff were polite and professional. However, when they sent me the draft civil case complaint, it was obviously just copied from previous templates (which is not uncommon) and I had to correct several errors both in spelling, grammar and factual data. For example, "plaintiff told plaintiff" was repeated numerous times throughout the document. It was obviously not even proof read or reviewed by Lenden himself otherwise these juvenile errors wouldn't be left as such. I spent over an hour correcting what should have been a finalized, profession complaint. Furthermore, they made an error on the defendant's address on the complaint. I paid several thousands of dollars for these documents and these mistakes should not have been made. I cannot recommend their firm. read more

Nightmare experience with Webb law firm. In January,2022, when my former listing agent filed a defamation lawsuit against me, I searched from Yelp and contacted Mr. Webb and signed an agreement with his firm. I hope Webb law group would help me win the lawsuit, but after spending almost $80,000, $10,000 per month on average, I finally found out that the attorney Mr. Clark that Mr. Webb assigned to me completely sacrificed my interest and deprived me of my legal rights. When the plaintiff submitted false evidence to the court and made false declarations under oath during the period of my Anti-SLAPP motion, and did not served those documents to me, Mr.Clark not only did not express any objection to the court, but also didn't inform me the plaintiff and plaintiff counsel's bold actions, which caused my Anti-SLAPP motion was denied. What's more, Mr.Clark broke attorney-client privilege and gave my private messages with other 40 people to the plaintiff's counsel, then the plaintiff's counsel and the plaintiff made false declarations that my private messages were posted messages. This is an extremely serious violation of privacy and other 40 people's privacy. I can not believe that Webb law firm could infringe and harm their client like this. They shattered all my faith in lawyers. I will complain them to the Bar. read more

In my case, I had an easement issue with a local public utility company. The said company installed a public utility equipment on my land outside of the easements granted to them without my consent.
