Our experience with Lendan Webb and Webb Law group was awful...the worst. Below is detail. We also found something called Witte vs. Webb. It is heartbreaking and explains a lot in terms of how we were treated, Lendans "just keep the meter going" billing, needless and over the top expensive strategic practices, costly recommendations, hostile behaviors and our terrible experience with Webb Law. We started in January just after his jury verdict against him. He spent 2 months and charged us for working on the wrong road! This was a resolved issue we had explained to him day 1 in January. Still they thought we had a great case and wanted to LITIGATE! We had to stop them in a March meeting and explain it to him again, huge waste of our time and money. They never answered our day 1 question "Can they do this"? He wanted to litigate until opposing counsel educated him. Then he proposed a $10K+ a day arbitration, we declined. Now we were at the end and told him so but he came up with some BS offer he had from the opposition to help with paying for the new driveway. That offer did not exist it and we never got it, just kept the meter going for another couple months. When he could not deliver the offer he came up with a 2 year delay strategy, he wanted to get paid 2 more years!! We said no then he blamed us for not providing information. He said if you can show you gave that to us I will wipe out your entire bill. He had that info the next am. Easement and prior expenses we had given them 1st week in January in our document upload and easily proved!. He had it all!! Still waiting for our check. He was condescending to me and my husband even questioning my husbands manhood. WTH! Read Witte vs Webb and learn. He says we did not pay, another lie we were demonstrably current 6 months in and were asking for the ficticious offer we never got. Then came the 2 year plan when we said no he fired us!! Do yourself a big favor and google Witte vs Webb if considering hiring this practice. None of it is our opinion just facts. He is a liar and worse read more

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with Webb Law Group. The initial consultation went well and all the staff were polite and professional. However, when they sent me the draft civil case complaint, it was obviously just copied from previous templates (which is not uncommon) and I had to correct several errors both in spelling, grammar and factual data. For example, "plaintiff told plaintiff" was repeated numerous times throughout the document. It was obviously not even proof read or reviewed by Lenden himself otherwise these juvenile errors wouldn't be left as such. I spent over an hour correcting what should have been a finalized, profession complaint. Furthermore, they made an error on the defendant's address on the complaint. I paid several thousands of dollars for these documents and these mistakes should not have been made. I cannot recommend their firm. read more

He will recommend NOT settling, jack up the attorney fees for a couple hundred thousand, and on trial day he's gonna chicken out and push for an insane settlement that it's triple what it would've been if we just settled at the onset of this whole mess. Nightmare experience with Webb law firm. In January,2022, when my former listing agent filed a defamation lawsuit against me, I searched from Yelp and contacted Mr. Webb and signed an agreement with his firm. I hope Webb law group would help me win the lawsuit, but after spending almost $80,000, $10,000 per month on average, I finally found out that the attorney Mr. Clark that Mr. Webb assigned to me completely sacrificed my interest and deprived me of my legal rights. When the plaintiff submitted false evidence to the court and made false declarations under oath during the period of my Anti-SLAPP motion, and did not served those documents to me, Mr.Clark not only did not express any objection to the court, but also didn't inform me the plaintiff and plaintiff counsel's bold actions, which caused my Anti-SLAPP motion was denied. What's more, Mr.Clark broke attorney-client privilege and gave my private messages with other 40 people to the plaintiff's counsel, then the plaintiff's counsel and the plaintiff made false declarations that my private messages were posted messages. This is an extremely serious violation of privacy and other 40 people's privacy. I can not believe that Webb law firm could infringe and harm their client like this. They shattered all my faith in lawyers. I will complain them to the Bar. read more

In my case, I had an easement issue with a local public utility company. The said company installed a public utility equipment on my land outside of the easements granted to them without my consent.
