The store didn't have much variety of products that they carried but that was totally fine, as locals could definitely still take advantage of this store to get their grocers. Without this store, locals would have to travel much further to get what they needed. I was desperately craving for something sweet, and was glad I saw some gummies, so I got a small bag of green apple gummy rings for 50 cents. It was just what I really needed. Also, the owners (assuming the two people I met there at the store were the owners) were very friendly and nice people. I was DELIGHTED to discover via their website that they sold beef slices (thinly sliced top round) for rouladen. Rouladen is a german dish that's part of my partner's Christmastime tradition. So, thanks to Knight's -- we were able to celebrate/maintain some kind of tradition! I ordered 12pcs and it came in two packages of 6 pcs each (~3lbs) at $12.99/lb. We were able to cut each piece in half so next time, I'll just order 6 pcs or 1 package! I called a couple days in advance for a Christmas Eve pick up and it was pretty seamless! Knight's Market is pretty easy to miss as it's a nondescript gray building, but worth a visit for an order ahead specialized meat order. If you need something immediately, the butcher inside Sparrow Market may be better as Knight's Market is relatively small and only has more common types of meats/cuts stocked regularly.
