I priced MANY…read moredifferent online and offline options and this company offers really high quality, personalized, pre-assembled invites (along with pretty much anything else you can think of for any party/event) at a very reasonable price. I ended up ordering 35 personalized invites on handmade paper with printed vellum tied with a cute bow, 40 personalized candy favor tins, two different shower games (with enough pieces of each for 40) and the whole thing was less than you'd expect and arrived really quickly. The invites in particular were a great deal (I think they worked out to be about $1.59 a piece, with their current coupon) and the quality really impressed me.

We have done work with Plasco for a long time and never have we ever received such poor customer…read moreservice. Members of my team were treated with disrespect and attitude by a member of the Plasco team when simply calling to check an order's status, and unfortunately when we asked to speak to someone with a higher ranking to discuss our issue with, we were told there was no one that we could talk to. We were also told that if we wanted to be in contact with the owner about an issue he would not call us back, as he does not handle issues and instead ignores them. It's unfortunate that this has been our experience with their customer service as it has cost our business and we feel that it should be something that's known to others before using them for their orders.

She's a delight to work with and a pro at finding creative ways to make garments fit. If you have designer clothes or favorite pieces you cherish, take them to Deb and thank me later. Be prepared to wait for them though as she is in high demand and always very busy. Not a rush alterations type of place.
