After my first visit to Dr. Walker, I knew I would be coming back. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable by bringing me a blanket and headphones to use during my appointment. So location was one of my reasons for choosing this business. A couple of things that really impressed me was communication. The receptionist was polite and made me feel welcome. The dental assistant was polite and professional through out the process. She and Dr. Craig communicated every step of what was going to be done. Which calmed my presence. This happened after we had our appointment rescheduled without our knowledge and several other issues over the years with just generally not understanding anxiety in children. They even admitted wrong doing, but refuse to fix it. I no longer feel safe taking our children here.
