I had a great experience working with Weddings Inc. I worked primarily with Ashlie and she was fantastic! I had a bit of a challenge on my hands - planning a wedding in Orlando from my home in Chicago. My mom and I found Weddings Inc and thought it would be the perfect way to navigate the world of vendors while working with a consultant who understands weddings. We were right. You will do most of the legwork in terms of interacting with the vendors, but your contact at Weddings Inc is there to help you along the way as the sort of "umbrella contact" - answering any questions you may have about the process and helping to coordinate with the vendors if you need it. I was happy to have Ashlie there on my wedding day to act as the behind the scenes master of ceremonies. She kept things going at a good pace (while never over stepping her bounds) and helped with tips here and there during the reception to ensure things went smoothly. She even cleaned up after the ceremony - collecting all my belongings, cleaning up the sparklers, and coordinating my surprise ice cream truck dessert for my groom! read more

We just finished our wedding with Terri and Weddings, Inc, and overall we were extremely disappointed. Terri is very personable and pleasant on the phone and explained her services and what she will do to help our wedding run smoothly, but when it came to the actual event she showed unprofessionalism and apathy. I booked by 12/13/14 wedding with Weddings, Inc almost two years in advance, and in that two years the only contact I had with Weddings, Inc was from the assistants who work there and it was only to send me updated contracts after I met with vendors; I never heard from Terri unless I booked a meeting with her, and she only booked a meeting with me the week before the wedding to go over all the details; a meeting which she then canceled and rescheduled to a phone meeting for after 8pm because her daughter was ill. Terri told us that she would run our rehearsal and take all the items for the wedding in her car the night of the rehearsal and bring them to the venue for the wedding. The night of the rehearsal, she did not show up, and she instead sent her assistant (who was late) because she was stressed out over another wedding. The assistant was not even one who would be at the wedding the next day, and also said that she would not be able to take any of our supplies for the wedding because her car was too small, so my mom and her friends were left to take everything to the venue. I worked really hard to add little personal touches to the wedding which were overlooked and my mom and I were left scrambling around getting these things together throughout the night. We booked the vendors for an extra hour, but Terri left as soon as the groom and I did and didn't stay the extra hour to help load things back up. Overall, the vendors that were in the package were amazing, but we were very disappointed with Terri's services and would not recommend Weddings, Inc! read more

We got there early for pictures - nothing set up yet..... staff not friendly to anyone as you walked in - Does anyone not know the word Hello how are you there ? - I have to say I have attended many weddings - when you go to look at this venue it is very nice....the glass room is beautiful and so is the setting....be very careful - do not be fooled by that !!! dj that was on the venue list that was there for the evening only played 1 hour total ! I am the mother of the groom and went out in the hall to ask him if he minded getting started because a few tables were sitting there bored. He was so so rude telling me there are the last few tables being serviced..... what about the people that ate already sitting there bored !!!!! and I would never recommend him. (charged $1,000 for one hour of music) He started to play at 9:30 AND Ended at 10:30 And Weddings Inc staff rude at that point too ! . Bridal room and groom room very small. Liquor was served out of Plastic for $18.00 per person and Weddng Cake on a paper plate ! No coffee was announced that was available in the back of the room. You must ask what your cake is being served on - ! What your liquor is being served out of a glass or plastic at $18.00 per person.....get the point !!!!! Get it all in writing - how many hours the d.j. will actually be playing etc. Also this is a wedding ...photographer and dj should be dressed appropriately - we are not going to the beach !!! SO VERY DISSAPOINTED SINCE I DID PAY FOR THE DJ AND THE LIQUOR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM THE GROOMS MOTHER - THE CUSTOMER REMEMBER THAT ! I would think you would want future business and or reccomendations.....Not from me or any of the people that I know and attended my sons wedding.....People buy people before they buy product(first impressions are important in your line of business) - You have to sell your services and stick to how you sell it to the customer paying. DO NOT USE THIS WEDDING PLANNING COMPANY. THE DJ was dressed inappropriately and played for all but one hour at most. He made excuses while he was not playing and was out in the hallway eating his dinner. Barely any music was being played while he was not playing music. The wedding planner was rude when the person who paid for the DJ said something and said it was unwarranted. In the business world " the customer is always right." Also, the photographer was not dressed appropriately and the alcohol given when the groom asked for a round of shots was a joke. Its the grooms' day. Help him out a little bit. read more

All the vendors that came with the package were great to work with and it made my life so much easier not having to research vendors for every detail. Terri always responded quickly and made time for all the silly little questions that I had. She was there the day of making sure everything went smoothly and efficiently. I plan events for a living so I know what goes into them and having Terri was the best decision I made when planning my wedding.
