I just enrolled my son to start day care with New World Christian Learning Center on 19th. I have…read morelooked around all over town for a daycare. It has been overwhelming with pricing and tours. I came across some very nice daycares but also pricey. New World is definently reasonable and when I walked in for a tour it felt like the one. It's not as nice as some but it is clean and tidey. The staff made me feel like its going to be fine. It's small and friendly and I like that everyone is hanging out together and they also have cameras and a key pad outside the building. Diana was very nice and easy to talk to which helped me make my decision. Hoping I made a good decision!

It's clean, spacious, and the staff and coaches truly could not be more friendly and attentive. This party was for a 4 year old with about 13 children in attendance and their parents, plus family. Scottie and Laney were on it-super helpful with any and everything and were great with the kids. Every adult in attendance commented on their friendly professionalism. I don't have children of my own, but if the love my niece and nephew have for this place says anything, it must be great (I mean, the 4 year old wanted her party here)! If you're in search for a place for lessons for your children or a party place for kids, this was a great deal with the upmost friendly staff.

My kid went from moving his arms to basically doing less than he was doing before. They have him swim while other students swim, when he's not a strong swimmer, which is very dangerous. No one knows what is going on. The swim lessons never start on time or end at the right time. Every time I ask the manager they give me an answer and nothing ever changes . The owner needs to seriously make some changes before they loose more customers.

Alex took one look at my two year old and made preconceived notations about who he was as an individual. Alex said that my son was a bad kid and would not fit in his facility. He said that he was understaffed and the his workers would not be able to handle my child. This was not because he was a biter or because he hits other child, but because he wanted to explore the daycare. I have never been treated so poorly by any other daycare in my life. Please do not take your child here if your child has ADHD or is an active kid. Apparently they are not allowed to be toddlers at Stepping Stones.

During the orientation, I was told that if my child didn't adjust well they would give me about 2 weeks to find new childcare arrangements for him. Imagine my surprise when I get a call the very next day and am told that I needed to come pick him up because he was crying and sirupting the other classes.when I get there I'm told that he could no longer attend there. He had only been in that daycare for a total of 4 days. They didn't even give him any times to adjust. When I got there to pick him up, the director told me that they were a 5 star rated daycare and had an image to maintain. Save yourself the trouble of dealing with this daycare.
