At one point, Erin offered to remind me of the pricing--when I agreed, I never heard back. I had high hopes for this practice and have been transparent about how important these services are to me. But the lack of communication and follow-through has made it clear that patient care is not a priority here. I'd recommend looking for a practice with dedicated staff who can actually support new patients through the onboarding process.
