Fast forward to today when I show up for my appointment. They told me that they tried texting me and calling me all day to confirm my appointment with no Response. I told them I hadn't received any messages or calls and when they read me back the phone numbers they had those weren't my numbers. Mind you it was not my fault they didn't have my correct phone number. So I showed up for my appointment and they were mad at me for not responding and saying I would be there. The dentist proceeded to lecture me and let me know they tried to reach me with no answer. Again, I told him you can call the phone number that I gave you. It's in my hand. You had the wrong number. So he got mad at me for not answering messages to the wrong number. He told me I had a history of canceled appointments, which I have been there for several years and had a lot of work done. I did not habitually cancel or miss appointments. I left work 45 minutes early to show up to a dentist appointment that I had scheduled and even asked at the time of making the appointment if they needed my number. I was stunned and still can't believe I was being lectured about an appointment that I showed up to and had no idea they were trying to get a hold of me. Why would you be upset with a patient that showed up to an appointment she made? I said it was extremely rude to talk to me that way and I was leaving. I told them I would look for a new dentist and he said "perfect. Good bye." I do not recommend this place.

She listened, answered questions with patience and clarity, and moved swiftly to create a schedule of treatment. Before we even got home the patient had appointments lined up. As much as the medical treatment means to this patient the respect, kindness, and dignity that Adelaide provided was the first step in the healing process, and perhaps one of the most potent steps of the journey to wellness.

All the workers gossip audibly in the halls. They are bent on playing psychiatrist, chit chatting, and questioning you about the details of your life like a bad hair dresser. When they stop chatting for 5 minutes to clean your teeth (for $90+) they have heavy hands like they were under the hood of car not a sensitive human mouth. Prepared to get sliced or stabbed repeatedly. They don't even apologize if you alert them of this and they will continue as if you had said nothing at all. You probably won't even get to SEE the actual dentist. The young one is probably on the Internet in his office all day doing questionable stuff and the old one gives terrible advice without adequately viewing your teeth.
