We arrive a little before 11 & the door is locked, no one appeared to be inside (though lamps were turned on), and my calls went straight to voicemail. We waited for around 10 minutes before we finally gave up. Thankfully we were able to find another spa to go to for massages, but I am still disappointed. I didn't think to get pictures of the store being closed, but I do have screenshots of the confirmed booking, my call log, and messages I sent to Red Rose's social media (still no replies). I don't know if there was possibly an emergency? However, there are several massage therapists at this location, so even if that were the case, I don't know why someone did not let us know. I am genuinely so disappointed. I do hope everything is okay & I don't want to hurt their business, but this was just so unprofessional. So if you do choose to go ahead & book-- be sure you call and physically confirm your appointment multiple times before you make the trip.
