We already had to sell and lived there for barely 6 months. We had to spend THOUSANDS of dollars correcting their issues and it plummeted our finances and our mental health. To start, they dug INTO our property and created issues with flooding after knowing we were in a flood zone. We had issues with plumbing, they installed our hot water and AC lines incorrectly and those had to be ripped out and replaced after gallons of water filled up in our attic, our grout in the bathrooms started dissolving, our main living rigid core floors started buckling and splitting (after they knowingly stopped selling these due to manufacturing issues), the overall craftsmanship of the home was AWFUL. We also had problems with the sprinkler system backing up into our well. This is barely the beginning of the issues we have dealt with. We had to pay out of pocket for all of these things to be be repaired. This was supposed to be our dream home and they literally sucked it all from us. Our project manager, sales personnel, and our designer all quit and left the company during our build process. They came to us after living in the home for about 60 days stating they would no longer cover our warranty based on an unpaid "debt". But, they signed all of our closing docs stating we had no unpaid debt. The debt they were trying to refer to, we have recorded conversations and email traffic of us stating we would only pay that portion if the house was started within a 45 day period. Guess what, they didn't even start until 91 days after that conversation. We signed our official contract in February of 21 and they didn't even break ground until the end of August/beginning of Sept 21 and the house didn't "finish" until end of March 22. It was a complete shit show. This company has NO integrity and they do NOT know how to take care of their customers or Veterans for that matter. If you decide to build with this company, be prepared to schedule yourself a therapist and have your bank account drained.

Had the pleasure of sitting down with Steve after initially being ignored by him. Upon arriving I…read morewas told he had to grab his dry cleaning and prescriptions and would be running a bit late for our scheduled appointment. After waiting a short period in the main entry area with music blasting from a radio next to the couches a lady offered to mark out a few homes for me to self tour, Steve popped in right about than and said another customer had showed up early and he would be with me shortly. I proceeded to go out on the lot to find rather than being out running errands as I was initially told, he was actually giving a showing to another couple on the lot. That's a red flag there, being lied to as to where the salesman with a scheduled appointment was. It's better practice to be truthful and just say that he was with a customer and would be in shortly. After completing my self guided walkthrough of 5 tiny homes, I went back inside to find him chatting with a lady in training, instead of finding where I was on the lot and explaining/ showing the homes. But this did give me plenty of time to check over the poor craftsmanship on the homes, crooked deck posts, terrible caulking and painting jobs on the attached porches, an oven door that was crooked on the hinges and several issues with the units you can see the under belly of(ripped and sagging insulation). Not exactly the quality you would expect for a 60k tiny home that carries a roughly 9.8% interest rate (based on what he said and the signage through the homes and office). Not to mention if you were looking to incorporate land that will bring you north of 100k for one of these and that's if for them to drop and level it. No water/sewer or electrical hooked up on delivery, let's hemorrhage some more money on top of 100k with a ridiculously high interest rate. All said and done, you're paying up to 200k by the end of the loan for under 500 sq feet and about an acre of land. Now back to Steve, He might be on the road to self redemption but still has a ways to go. Walking Into his office it looks like something you'd find in a lavish corporate executives office, although to me this just appears to be a money flex of look what I can afford and afford to do. As I found out from him, he spent years bouncing through different car dealerships and held various positions. This definitely shows in his condescending verbiage and body language, also tried to pull the "Broom" technique to dust me out of his office upon a shorter visit(old school car dealership techniques). He also had the nerve to ask me if I would remove my initial review I left based on him ignoring me, I had already removed that one because every gets a second chance. But after today, you showed that you didn't care to show me a home anyway and would rather sit and chat with the new girl in training and leave me to a self guided tour. Management should definitely not let him train anyone, he spent too many years in the bullpen of dealerships and will pass on negative traits to new employees. He might be good at sales when he has the "ideal" customer in front of him but if he thinks or senses low credit he seems to check out mentally. He asked me to shoot him a ballpark number of my credit to which I replied 630, knowing dang well it's a 710 right now. When I feel bs'd, I will also bs and find out if you care to do paperwork for someone who believes their credit to be lower. Numbers don't lie if you had only taken the time to ask me if wanted to run credit but you took the off the top of my head number and slammed the brakes Lol. Like I told you Steve, I also worked in a dealership at one time and know exactly how to test a salesman's effort. You proved today you're burnt out after years in sales and just want a quick closing deal. Best wishes Steve, hopefully the sharks don't get you Scuba diving!
