She would show us 3+ houses and always backed off after to give us time to think it over not like most who would pressure you into buying a home. That alone made her different from the rest. Also, she is extremely responsive--she either answers our calls right away or returned them in a few minutes. No question ever went unanswered, and she always made sure we felt informed and confident every step of the way. What also stood out is she respected every decision we made. Even when she didn't necessarily think something was the best move, she still supported us and followed through on what we wanted. The moment we showed interest in a home, she jumped into action immediately. She consistently secured private showings quickly, even if it meant fitting us in between her other clients. We never recieved a call back after several times of reaching out and never received clarity on our application approval or even submission. Everytime we called no one was available to speak and after seeing email the property was rented to someone who applied after us We called once again for our application fees back and still got the run around from them. Very dissatisfied with how we've been blatantly mistreated by the staff for someone else's gain.
