I bought a home through this company and it was the worst home buying experience I've ever had. I will not refer to friends and family.

Our family cannot say enough great things about Wes. As first-time homebuyers, this process felt…read moreoverwhelming at first, but from our very first interaction, Wes brought a sense of calm, clarity, and confidence that completely changed the experience for us. He took what could have been a stressful and intimidating journey and turned it into something smooth, organized, and genuinely positive for our entire family. Wes is exceptionally detail-oriented and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain every step of the home-buying process in a way that made sense to us, never rushing and never making us feel like our questions were too small or unimportant. He ensured our family always felt informed, prepared, and confident in each decision we made. His guidance helped us move forward with peace of mind, knowing we were in capable and trustworthy hands. Communication was one of Wes's greatest strengths. He was consistently responsive, proactive, and transparent, keeping our family updated and involved throughout the entire process. Whether it was answering late questions, providing clarity during key moments, or checking in to make sure we felt comfortable, Wes was always there. His negotiation skills were outstanding! He advocated strongly on our family's behalf and worked tirelessly to secure the best possible outcome for us. It was clear in every interaction that our goals and well-being truly mattered to him. What made this experience even more meaningful was Wes's character as a person. Hearing the way he communicated with his own family, expressing genuine love, compassion, patience, and support, left a lasting impression on us. It spoke volumes about who he is beyond his professional role. That same empathy, integrity, and care were reflected in how he treated our family throughout the entire process. He didn't just help us buy a house; he supported our family during a major life milestone. Wes is the kind of realtor who leads with both expertise and heart. He goes above and beyond, not because he has to, but because he genuinely cares about the people he serves. We are incredibly grateful for his guidance, dedication, and unwavering support, and we feel truly fortunate to have worked with him. We would recommend Wes without hesitation to any and everyone, especially first-time homebuyers, who are looking for a realtor they can trust completely and who will treat them like more than just a transaction.

He was polite, professional, and friendly. His report was very thorough with pics of the inside and outside of my home. He was able to pull and compare my home with others in my area to get an accurate and true appraisal. And he had such a fast turn around time in providing the report. His prices were at least $100 less than the other companies I called. You can't go wrong with selecting his company for your needs.

Obtaining the services of a real estate agent is much more than "finding someone to sell your…read morehome". This is especially true if you are selling an inherited property as I was earlier this year. A good real estate agent will know the area, know the laws and rules and will help assess your home and get it listed and sold for a "good price". A great real estate agent is a counselor, a partner in your effort, someone who "has your back" throughout the process in addition to doing all of the real estate work. Philippa Main is an *outstanding* real estate agent and an even better person. My father passed away leaving a home in Woodbridge, Virginia - the home in which I grew up and which contained almost 50 years of possessions. I contacted Philippa in March of 2026 to discuss its potential sale even as the house was in significant disarray while I engaged in the slow process of cleaning it out and sorting through the many things my parents had accumulated over the years. When she visited the home, I looked around and threw up my hands. Philippa looked around and said, "we can make this happen." I sought her out specifically because she mentioned having expertise in sales of homes that are inherited - a particular niche that involves a delicate dance of handling family dynamics, wills, probate laws and determining what, if any, money should be put into renovations or improvements that will get a reasonable return on the investment. From our first conversation over the phone - which she took time to do in the middle of a busy weekend - Philippa was incredibly personable, easy to talk to and anticipated many of my questions and many of my concerns as we talked. By the end of our conversation, I felt like I was chatting with a friend who had expertise I needed. Over the following three months, she was a (rapidly-responded-to) text or phone call away as I navigated getting the house ready for sale. She helped outline a schedule and a plan to list the home. She connected me with a large network of trusted service providers from junk removers to contractors to painters to flooring experts from whom I obtained estimates and some of whom I contracted to help clear out the house and prepare it for sale. While she always reiterated that she would back any decision I made regarding the house, I always sought her counsel when making major decisions such as whether or not to spend money on renovations and, if so, which ones were most important. Of course, there were obstacles - some amusing, some less-so - but Philippa helped me handle each one with a confidence borne of having "seen it before". That is an incredibly valuable thing when dealing with a stressful situation. In the end, the home was listed in June and had nearly seventy showings in three days. The house sold for well over its asking price and after all of it I know some things: The home could have been sold by another agent. But few, if any, others could have been a partner in the process the way Philippa was for me. She was a trusted resource, a confidant, a person who knew when to inject humor into a situation and when helping me vent was what was needed - she understands people and the process of selling an inherited home in addition to being a brilliant real estate agent who knows the area and who knows how to get the job done. I couldn't recommend her more for ANY real estate work but, especially, if you face the task of preparing and selling an inherited property.

We are a latino family and we totally got a racist vibe from her. She was very non-flexible with our schedule. So, after getting treated like we didn't really and a nascence we decided to stop business with her. First, giving out addresses and telling people to just swing by and randomly knock on the door is extremely inappropriate but more so during a pandemic! Second, trying to solicit the sale of my house but putting the required, "if your home is already listed we're not trying to take the sale from any other agent" is nonsense. It's cold calling at its worst. Then when you try to get your number removed you get an uneducated person who can't handle simply removing your number. You get twenty questions about your name, address, phone number, who called, etc. and when you refuse to provide your information beyond your phone number they say they're unsure if they will be able to remove you from the call list! Seriously?!? You never had my name and address so there's zero reason you need it now. You have my phone number and I told you to stop calling! It's not rocket science but the person answering the line specifically for removing you from the call list seems to not comprehend her job. The market for selling houses right now is great so there should be no reason to cold call people. If you cannot manage to get sellers and actually sell in this sellers market then you might not be that good at the job. I realize that it's a pandemic and the stock of houses to sell isn't extremely high BUT if you actually had a good reputation and marketed in more appropriate ways you wouldn't have to resort to cold calls and pestering people! Even if I were selling my house and was desperate for an agent I absolutely would NOT use these people because I don't agree with their practices and I definitely don't want people who employ someone who can't even manage to run the, 'remove number from the call list' phone line as that shows they're willing to overlook incompetence.
