I have been going here for 10 years. I've had all 3 of my kids with doctors from here. By the…read moretime I was having my second child I considered dropping this office because the WAIT TIMES were TOO LONG. I stayed because they knew my history. By the 3rd child I was really fed up with the wait times. I was 35 which is high risk so by then end they wanted me to come every week. I argued against this because they would take FOREVER and the office is 25 minutes from my home. They consistently waited 30 minutes to call me back then another 30 minutes in the room or chairs in back. A couple of times I had to leave before seeing the doctor so that I could return to work. When my annual appointment came up I was 30 minutes late for my 8:15 appt. The receptionist told me that Dr. Giep was REFUSING TO SEE ME and that I had to RESCHEDULE. The next available appointment is in July she says. That is FOUR MONTHS AWAY! I'm here now. Why would an existing patient have to wait FOUR MONTHS for an appointment. Also, why would he not fit me in. I should actually be right on time since they always call me back late anyway. I felt it unreasonable to ask me to come back in FOUR MONTHS. I also felt that after 10 years as a patient, I did not deserve that treatment. I should left sooner, but now I'll find a new doctor that doesn't OVERBOOK to the point where I can't be seen for FOUR MONTHS! They don't care about me as a patient, they care more about booking as many patients as possible to get more money!!

I live in Travelers Rest area and specifically requested an appointment for their pelham rd…read morelocation (38 mins away). Once u arrived at my appointment I was told that I had been scheduled with their Spartanburg location, (50+mins away) So they rescheduled me for the following day. Mind you I had to set up child care for both of these days. No one is allowed in except patient and patients have to wait in car until appt. My appt was scheduled for 2:15pm. I arrived at 1:50 pm, this was my first time ever arriving and I gave them my paperwork I had already filled out at home. I told them that I was unable to log into the new patient portal and that I believe someone imputed my number incorrectly because the text account verification never went through....she hears me but doesn't acknowledge me. Then she tells me To go wait in my car and they will call me once they are ready for me. Well, they never called, @ 3:00pm I walked inside to ask what was going on and blonde haired receptionist says they called and left a voicemail at 2:48, and I didn't call them back. I ask them what number they called and she replies with the wrong number!! tells me to go wait in the car, that they would call me when they were ready. 15 mins later I get a call saying due to it being 1 hour after my scheduled appointment they would have to reschedule me!!!!!! WHAT IN THE ACTUAL HECK? So because they called the wrong number, I am now paying for their actions. Oh and also the receptionist had the nerve to tell me she had me verify my number when I first came in. Which she did not, she asked me if an old number in the system was still good and I replied no. But she had my number on the new patient paperwork that I just handed her. They have also called my current number to schedule my appointment! (Multiple times) And how about the number that an employee has on file for me (the incorrect part) is actually their phone number!!!!!! Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!! They are liars and idiots! They do not care about you!!! They lied right to my face. (Both receptionists) I also spoke with a supervisor and she did nothing to deescalate the situation. She just kept saying the "provider" refused to see me based on the fact that it was an hour after my appointment was scheduled. I checked in at 1:50, they didn't call the random persons number assuming it was me until 2:48pm and didn't impute my new patient paperwork until 3:06. God forbid they step outside and see if patient is waiting in car where they told them to wait, or God forbid they check the paperwork and see if they called the right number. Even after all that they never once ordered a solution!!! They want me to reschedule.....hahahahaha and do what.....be sent home again! I think NOT. Again I traveled 78 minutes the first day only to be sent home and rescheduled and I return the following day after traveling 1 hour 40 minutes! I also waited 1 hour and 35 minutes just to be sent home! This provider doesn't care about her patients. I was referred her from an emergency room and urgent care and will need surgery and they took me as a joke! Never took me seriously!!!!! It's so upsetting, and I hope no one else EVER has to go through this which is why I am writing this up! Staff is TERRRRIIIIBBLLLLEEEE!
