The woman who called us acted like she knew nothing of our family size (15) with some observers..she was extremely rude and said "we aren't doing a family reunion here!" The amount of the observers was also to much because of "COVID"..seriously give me a break! When we called to reserve the gym she made NO mention of these "COVID" rules. After my son called to complain about the extremely rude unprofessional behavior they agreed to refund us the deposit. This left my family with many disappointed children and adults as well.
