Avoid if possible. Marginal haircut. Barber is very curt and seemed like he was in a race to finish and get you out of the chair.

First time here. I just wanted to get a quick haircut and beard trim. He goes very quick and does a pretty good job. I had to cut a few hairs missed around the ears when I got home. My beard trim and neck shave included four cuts one of which bled for quite a while. Overall it was ok. Cost 30 (not including a nice tip) and didn't seem or feel much better than going to a chain which would be 1/2 or 1/3 the price. So still looking for my favorites central PA haircut location. Fantastic! Can do a fade very well! I've went to a few barbers in the area trying to find someone who's as good as him. Took time but I'm happy I found him. Very professional at all times. If you have something you want to try, just needs direction on what you're looking for and he can take it from there however he'll also be honest if you're hair does not have the ability (thickness, length, etc) to do the haircut you want. I appreciate that he does value scheduling appointments bc ive has barbers that took walk ins to get the extra cash but then when I showed up for my appointment I'd end up waiting for 15-20mins. Best barber in the area, hands-down. I think some of the negative reviews are due to a lack of cultural understanding. The owner, and primary barber, is an awesome guy and provides an amazing cut. I've never had my beard trimmed there, but I think the guy who left a negative review concerning his experience probably just has low pain tolerance threshold and a knotty beard...."welped in pain" are you a puppy dog? I'm a firm believer that if you have a problem with a service while you are receiving the service, you verbally communicate to express your dissatisfaction/discomfort. Oh well. Again, I've never had my beard trimmed there, but have had my haircut many times and I've never once had a problem with Majid or his shop. read more

I walk in decided to give this place a try and it was completely empty and the owner which I guess is the barber gives me this mean mug and say do you have an appointment I said no , then said I can't do nothing for you. Umm ok at least offer an appointment date , but I guess business isn't that important, so I sat in my car looking for a barbershop close by on yelp and look at here 15 minutes later still no customer. Was my first vist. Majid got me in quickly. I wasn't sure what I wanted, and he took the time to figure it out and do a great job.

Took me $35 for a basic clean up around the ear and bear trim. Just got out and feel like shit. No care at all while he butchered my hair and pulled at my rough beard several times while I visibly welped in pain. Oh, the best part? It was less than 8 mins for the butchering. Never again. In fact I'd give someone $35 just so that they also won't go here. I know it's Mechanicsburg but come on, is it too hard to ask for a barber to stay gentle while grooming your beard and handling your neck line? read more

This guy sucks. Walked in and he was dealing with a client. I asked if i could get a cut. At first he hesitated, then he check his appt book to see if he could fit me in. Mind you theres no other clients in there, only for the 1 sir in the chair. He charged me 35$ and my fade was sub par. My beard wasnt what i asked for and it was uneven and so was my hairline. I'm definitely picky when it comes to letting people cut my hair; and I appreciate when a barber will actually fade correctly!
