The leak went unrepaired for nearly a month despite my daily follow-ups. When maintenance finally came, they had to cut open the wall to repair the leak, which exposed slugs crawling out of the wall. I have attached pictures of the slugs as proof. The closet was completely unusable, and I had to live out of a suitcase inside my own apartment. The onsite property manager is dishonest and unreliable. Management as a whole is rude, unprofessional, and completely incompetent. They ignored serious health and safety concerns, failed to take responsibility, and made everything harder instead of fixing problems. On top of that, they falsely advertise the property as "smoke-free," but that is absolutely not true--residents openly smoke on their patios, and management does nothing about it. I strongly suspect that the walls of apartment 301 have mold inside them as well, given the ongoing leak and visible issues. At this point, I may even be forced to pay buyout fees just to escape this unhealthy, mismanaged, and falsely advertised property. Avoid this place at all costs.

There are two display models there that we were able to walk through to see the finished product. The tour was very thorough and opened our eyes about building a modular with Nationwide.

And when they do it's usually the wrong part or the person doesn't know how to fix it. They change the plans and expect you to catch everything they changed or it's just too bad.
