Laura Ramos sewer water in the basement comes up every 3 months ...office people ( lynda ) is so rude i can not even understand how shes a manager ... i guess its really hard to find ppl to work ... she said its an old propriety and thats normal AND HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME ... i guess shes ok living arround poop ... we got flooded 5 times over two years its been 3 month we didnt even get our money back from the insurance ... and to leave 30 days before the end of the lease they wanna charge us $500 plus that month ... when this is disgusting and unhealthy to live in ... DO NOT MOVE HERE !!! UNLESS U FEAST ON POOP ITS NOT ONLY ME MY NEIGHBORS HAVE SAND BAGS IN THE BASEMENT !!!! CLEANER MASTER YELLOW TRUCK LIVES IN THIS PLACE... You can wait days for an emergency repair and for other repairs such as major leaks, forget getting help. If you neighbors fry everything in grease your house will smell like a fast food restaurant and within a week it will smell rancid and awful. Again property management will do nothing to help. Assigned parking is a joke, again property management will do nothing. High rents, dirty mold invested units and zero service. I have rented here for two years, they make you sign a fixed term lease and then want you to sign a new lease a month prior to the lease expiring. If you ask for more time or why you are signing so early and locking into another year they threaten you with eviction. Buildings are in poor repair and lots of issues with major leaks and sewage back up. On site property manager is horrible and ignore maintenance requests. Rent goes up each year and services go down. There is assigned parking but management does not enforce so good luck in keeping your parking stall. Parking lots are impassable in the winter and they do not clean them. My advice is rent elsewhere. read more

Renters beware! The buildings are in very poor conditions and management won't fix them. I have been a tenant here for the last two years and after countless phone calls and emails, I am still dealing with the same issues as I had when I moved in. Only when I threatened legal action were this issues looked at, not fixed, just looked at. These units flood horribly! Every time management was notified of this, I was told to go through my insurance. The management team (Linda Smith and her minions) are incompetent, rude and disorganized. Rent here rises every year, and the buildings are falling apart. The only good thing I have to say about this place is.......I'm leaving!!! read more

Worst place to rent EVER! All the landlords want is to get paid their rent. They wont fix disputes between tenants. It took three weeks to get a jet dry cap for the dishwasher, as well as they wrote on file it was fixed and wasn't until two weeks later. All the windows leaked when it rained, which made the paint bubble and that took a few weeks to get fixed. They say they are newly renovated, when the last time any substantial work was done was over ten years ago. The list goes on and on. I will never recommend this place to anyone else.
