I paid $92cash, on my only visit and walked out with the same pain I came there with. He said he didn't have the time to work on me, even though it was a scheduled appointment. So after inquiring about the other appointments I had made with him, they said they did not have any of them on his schedule. ARGH!!!! I asked how soon they can get me in. They said not till after February! I am chronic pain, on disability for 23 years and need to be adjusted at least every other week or more. The staff is completely INCOMPETENT with huge communication problems through out! I had 1 appointment available tomorrow, and they called me to tell me that the Chiropractor is unwilling to see me and doesn't care to help me! If you have anything worse than a neck crick, don't bother wasting your time and money here! ps. Why does he have a sign outside asking for new patients, when he has no room on his schedule to fit anyone in????!!!

The recommendation was to get an MRI and then get a referral, which would have taken months. I figured i had nothing to lose by visiting a chiropractor. Pro Health is a very high-tech clinic. You've probably seen Dr. Rob in his commercials, and that NASA gizmo really works. My first appointment was a 90 minute session that included a fairly detailed evaluation, and then I was hit with that NASA gizmo. Essentially, you can see where each disc in your neck and back are and if they need alognment. The gizmo then does the adjustment. No cracking, no popping, no pain. There are other high tech items and tools they'll use, depending on what you need. You will then have two follow up appointments. That new patient visit requires three visits in total. Based upon what your specific issue is, they make further recommendations. I found the entire staff to be very friendly and attentive. They remember you by name as you walk through the door. The three chiropractors; Dr. Rob, Dr. Jamey, and Dr. Madison give the time and attention needed and seem very skilled and knowledgable. My back has also not felt this good in a long, long time.

Before I saw Dr. Murray, my back "went out" 5 to 10 times a year as it seems bad backs are in my family history. It never "goes out" any more, but if I do have an issue, he is there to guide me to a speedy recovery. I like to do routine adjustments to keep everything in check, because as we know everything stems from the spine - on out, and because of that, a side bonus is - I rarely get sick, as in rsv, colds or flu, especially in the winter. Recently a ganglionic cyst appeared out of nowhere on the inside of my wrist. I was in for a routine adjustment and showed it to Dr. Murray. He said "I can help with that"! Who knew that, that is something a Chiropractor could treat. I was in quite a bit of pain, and after the first treatment went home with most of the pain gone, and the next day pain was totally gone. They make a point of remembering your name when you come in. Since I have a slight scoliosis and I am active physically, I need to get adjusted every so often, but they definitely don't try to get you on a regimented schedule. Unlike some chiropractic practices, Traub Chiropractic makes a point of trying to get you better so that you don't NEED to come visit them all of the time.
