Landlord incentive payment took OVER A YEAR to be sent out! They try to compare themselves to Section 8 or other 3rd part payors, but they're not even close. Also, there are TOO MANY people/departments tripping over each other while all being cc'd. You don't know who is actually responsible for following up. The tenant was not the problem, just the agency.
