They antagonize every patient when they are not within ear shot. I overheard the receptionist saying, "Get off your phone, get off your phone...." while a patient was respectfully standing AWAY from the window, finishing his phone call. She had plenty of time to wait and the waiting room was nearly void of patients at the time. Doctor THOMAS BARRIGER called me by the wrong name and simply shrugged and said, "Well close enough!" And he NEVER listens. He sits at his computer and stares at the screen. When my blood pressure was too low, and ai complained of headaches, he told me, "Well I get headaches every day..." When I called for test results, they hung up on me not once, but twice! On more than one occasion! Do yourself a favor and find a doctor and staff/nurses that won't talk about your medical records loud enough for the entire office to hear! A doctor who knows your name and an office that doesn't run like a circus! I posted this SAME review under the doctors name as well.... find anyone, but this office!

I feel bad having to give such a poor review but it felt necessary because this is hands-down the WORST office staff experience I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They are super mis-communicative, rude, belittle your pain, and slow. The slow could be due to over-booking appointments, but the rudeness and miscommunication were absolutely unacceptable. I was given sighs of annoyance of for calling in for my test results so often even though you as the patient are required to call in when you assume the results should be in by. (Versus just having the office call you to notify you of your results which most offices do.) when they give you an estimate of 1-4 weeks for how long the results can take it seems weird to be getting annoyed responses from staff. I was told results were ready over the phone when they were not and then belittled in the background by a staff member being told "I just needed to deal with it" which they were unaware that I could hear. I know they might not have meant much by it but it can be very demotivating and disappointing to hear those things as a patient who is just looking for answers and has been in lots of pain for a long period of time. The time that appointments are at is very general at this office. Both times I had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment start time to even get in a room after being told to be there 30 minutes early. If you are someone who is busy this can really mess with your schedule as most people have strict work hours. Overall, I was just very disappointed and wished my experience had been better. I am not a person to complain as you can probably tell by my very little amount of reviews I give. Had I experienced maybe only half of the negative things I had, I wouldn't have even bothered reviewing.

I have severe health anxiety and felt extremely comfortable in Tracy's care. When I came to this office, I was already annoyed by the 20-30 min wait times before you're even called into a room. The office staff is never accountable or apologetic for anything. If anything, Rose and Gabby go out of their way to be petty. If there is an issue at the office they will never speak to you, they make other people call you back. Rose did a PA for a medication once, under my maiden name, after already giving them my new married name and new drivers license. I went round and round with the pharmacy and the office until I requested to see the PA approval form. Had Rose taken two seconds to speak to me about it, she would've realized her error. Instead she was rude to me via email correspondence, and made it seem like I was the reason for all of the confusion. Don't even get me started on the amount of times I have had my prescriptions sent to the incorrect pharmacy and 30 day refills after requesting 90 day refills for non-narcotic meds. I have lapsed in my medications that cannot be stopped abruptly 3 times because of their inefficiencies. When I spoke to the office mang., Brandy, regarding my frustration's of the office, her response was wild. She said and I quote "yah F*&k my life, I gave two many employees time off with checking to see who was off first". I myself work in a medical office and am appalled that the office mang speaks to patients in this way. Even after all of this, I stayed because Tracy is a WONDERFUL practitioner who actually listens to you. Well, today was the final straw. After being scheduled for med refill and bloodwork appt, I showed up for my appt, only to be told that HE'LL be in shortly. When I asked who "he" was, I was told Dr Patterson will be in to explain everything. I have historically only seen Tracy the NP, and had never even met Dr Patterson. Brandie the office mang never once said anything to me that my provider had changed, let alone that Tracy was no longer even a part of the practice. After waiting until 9:20am for my 8:40 appt, I walked out. I asked for a records release to sign as I was leaving and could hear the back office talking about me. How I just "walked out". Now that Tracy is gone, I will never return to this office. Dr Patterson is transitioning to concierge medicine and will now be requiring an annual fee for tiered patient care. I already pay my copays, deductibles, and coinsurances. I would never pay an annual fee for a Doctor who doesn't give a shit about how shitty his office runs or how they treat their patients.

I walked out knowing he & his staff are the answer to rebuilding my mobility, decreasing my depression, and getting control of my pain. I look forward to accelerating my healing, getting active and moving a lot more. Today I have something to smile about regarding my health. I have spent 70% of the last 2 years in bed.
