I was there today and was served by Megan my orders was hand written by my Doctor and she could not read it instead of sending me back to the waiting room she had me remain in the examination room till she could get an answer I waited there for approximately 15 minutes however she got the correct order and performed it correctly I recommend this service and location highly keep up the good work !

But if you choose to walk in it's best to do it early in the morning. I did a walk in at 8:45am and I was seen a little before 9am even though it said I would have to wait until 9:15am. The phlebotomist was very gentle and had listened to my tips on what to use to draw my blood. The employee I had was quick and efficient. The waiting area was clean.

So, my doctor suggested getting some blood work to make sure everything is working like it should. I stopped in here on a Monday morning (convenient parking out front) and after going through the double entry, checked in at the front window. After signing in and showing them my insurance card, I grabbed a seat. There was only one person ahead of me and within about 10 minutes, I was taken back to one of the processing rooms. The staff was friendly and expert at doing the blood draw which isn't a big deal for me, but I can see having someone who is calm and friendly might be helpful for the folks who are squeamish about blood or needles. I got my arm wrapped with a cotton ball and a gauze and was out the door about about 2 minutes after being taken back there! Amazing! My only caution is that this lab is across the street from another lab which can be confusing, especially if your insurance only works at one of them. This is the one on the west side of the street! So if you get a few people in the waiting room, you'll have to wait a while. Otherwise I have always received quick and friendly service. We are always in and out very quickly. This location does take a lunch break and it is closed for 1 hour from 12:30-1:30. It didn't list this on the website and the only number I could find was a main one where the woman told me they never closes, which I knew was un-true. I just forgot what time they closed. Luckily we made it with half hour to spare.

My technician was not happy about working on Christmas Eve, she was rude and snippy from the moment I walked in the door. As she asked questions it was absolutely obvious that she had an attitude and when I didn't understand a question she asked she began to slam things and I asked if there was a problem with my paperwork and in an extremely loud voice she nearly screamed "no ma'am I am just doing my job ma'am. Show me the arm you would like me to use ma'am" and she was rough and completely unprofessional. As I left she ran across the hall and said to the other technician "did you hear what that woman said to me? " As if she was the victim and had not manhandled me in a medical environment. I am a registered nurse and I have never experienced that kind of behavior from any medical professional. Someone with that temper should not be working with patients in vulnerable situations. No one wants a person with a needle going into their arm by a woman slamming her equipment and raising her voice in a loud and hateful manner.

I have been going to this particular Any Lab Now for over two years..Unfortunately, I have had…read moreenough with one of the staff members quality of care. There is a lady that works there who I believe is Russian/strong accent who has consistently laughed at me, judged me and most recently ask me to do something after my test that could compromise/contaminate the results. She and the other ladies that work there have never asked me to perform such acts before! I am very disappointed in her carelessness and unprofessionalism as these particular tests are very sensitive. She also has repeatedly and even when we are the only ones there taken her sweet time to take care of us and has made me late to work and other important tasks. That being said this Carmel location and the Fishers location has really helped us during this difficult time. The only time we ever have any problems is when the employee listed above is by herself or the only one available at check in. Furthermore, Sal has been absolutely wonderful and caring! We love her and she takes such good care of us! Same with the newer girl who has red hair, she is a delight and so caring!
