Doesn't ask for money upfront. This was my indication that this company has an account at a building store, and must be in good standing with the building store. Guarantees his work for 10 yrs. Has been in business for many years. We did our research before hiring a roofer. We got scammed by a ckn-artist for home renovations. Been to court and so forth. Within the first year the workmanship was shifting and moving more than it should be. Now that it has been a couple years it has moved allot, I fear that I will need to spend more money to fix something that I paid what I considered a large amount. My neighbor did almost the same type of paving stone design and it is holding up incredibly well and almost no movement. This is a telling me that it is based on the type of workmanship. You take the review as you see fit but I will not use SR in future myself especially at the premium they charge for fairly standard work.
