I have been banking with this bank since it was UCF CU & CFE CU…read more I have 5 accts with this bank, i.e. mortg, credit, save, check, & def. save. (1) During the height of the pandemic, the state payroll was delayed & Addition immediately reported 1 mo. late to the credit agencies in more than 25+ yrs. I have had various auto loans (3) & mortgages (5) with this organization since 1994...never late & paid in full. Addition did not recognize the state & fed guidelines for deferred options I requested. They pretended not to understand deferment & told me I wd have to go to the branch physically. However, all face to face options were not available Mar 2020 at the wd height of the pandemic. (2) They also randomly & Illegally changed the conditions in my mortgage contract that was est. before Addition bought out CFE. I cannot mk my 2-months in advance payments on my mortg. Instead, they stated that although I pay my mortgage 2-months in advance I will also have to cont. to mk reg mo. payments on top of the advance payment ea. mo. This letter changing the terms of my prior agreement is a breech of contract. That means I will be paying a total of 4- mo. in advance. I do this because of how the state pays & so I will never be late because Addition is quick to report to the credit agencies if you are late but slow when you pay off debt. (3) Their bill pay system is outrageous. Although I am enrolled in auto pay for my HOA fees & other bills, Addition does not accurately show my remaining balance in my account post check distribution like a real bank. For example, I have auto pay on HOA & when their 3rd party billing writes & sends the check, they dont deduct the funds as a normal banking payout. Instead, they don't deduct the funds until the other party cashes the check. So, you will never have an accurate accounting record. My HOA called to let me know that ea. mo. I was incurring late fees because Addition's 3rd party bill pay system never sends the auto payment on the date requested. Hence, you will have to do it the old fashion check book recording method yourself to keep up with your avail. bal. (4) In Jan, I paid off a $5k credit card debt & 7-mos. later I am still waiting for Addition to report to the credit agencies. I called during July & they blamed the bureaus. I waited an additional mo. & nothing. Finally, I filed a dispute & only then did Addition clear the debt on my credit report. I also question if they are still a CU. They act like a commercial bank.

If I could give 0 stars I would- long story short- a company had a system glitch and charged me 3…read moretimes which caused me to have insufficient funds. I have NEVER EVER had insufficient funds with Addition since I began my relationship with them in 2014. The company credited my account the funds taken, but when I called Addition to get the 3 NSF charges credited they told me "unfortunately at this time we are unable to credit any of the fees". The representative could clearly see that the company reversed the charges made in error and while the NSF costs them nothing they still charged me and refused to return the NSF fees. This ends the relationship. DONE!
