All week long I received confirmation emails & texts confirming my upcoming call. Well lo & behold it's now 10:38am and no call for my confirmed 10am appt. This is the second time in a couple of years that this has happened. One of the confirmations I received had the name & number of the banker who would be calling so I called, twice. Surprise, surprise, got their voicemail. So I called the main number and read below for that great customer service. 2 - Whenever you call that branches main number, a recording answers telling you they can't take your call and to call back. You call back and the same thing over & over. Horrible, customer service Chase! But I guess that's what they can do when they are a conglomerate. Sad!

On top of all of the above, USAA makes unsupported service charges knowing that their customers will not be able to dispute them. Get out of this bank before it crashes.
