Some one made several overseas charges and deposited a check. Good thing is PNC stopped the check and I called in to report lost/stolen card they said ok sending new card. 2 weeks go by no card. I call again and report again they stopped my card but never mailed one. Week + goes by no card. Call again this time im asked about transactions-found some unfamiliar. I go online (i never do cause i just transfer zelle mainly and to wallet) I find the check that was returned and a lot of small overseas charges from card. I literally sit on phone for hour plus they say simply report the charges. I do then they show credited back to me. A customer sends me money from zelle cant access it. 5 days i call they say my account is going to be cancelled to go to local branch. I go there 2 days later the branch literally puts me on speaker with cust serv. whom says oh we have to send you a card-they try it cancels-im on phone 45minutes at branch for them to tell me my account is going to close I just need to apply for new one. I said where is my money- they say returned. I've checked with my customer 3 days now and the deposit was 4 days prior so 7 days they have not got a return... Over $361.00 PNC took from me or say stolen from me, they shut my account which has crashed my business now... PNC DESTROYED MY LIFE and took my money. Are there lawyers that handle this and could I sue for the damage they have caused me.

I called the PNC banking center and left a message weeks ago. I never heard back until late last week. Why does it take weeks to return phone calls? They sure do not appreciate me so I will no longer do business with them. It's ridiculous how they tell you how important you are to them, yet they can never return telephone calls. This has happened before but now I'm fed up. And let me just add to this. I was holding for their online banking for 15 minutes and then they cut me off too. Great great service, wouldn't you agree?
