There are bathrooms, which are kept clean. Overall, I've had a great experience banking here, and have you even found the best rate for my mortgage a few years ago! DVM constantly tries to take our home by not applying our payments to the mortgage--then charging us attorney fees when they have their attorney send a letter to say we're late. And that they're taking our home! And DVM never answers their phones. Several times I was on hold over 30 minutes. Next thing I know, the calls are disconnected. Have been in a constant cycle of this since Centris FCU sold us out.

They seem to have trouble following privacy regulations as they closed my daughters account without her consent simply because her Father's name was on the account and we had requested closing accounts he had that in no way included her, in writing! They were negligent and verifying whose names were on the accounts and just closed everything! Then after making this major mistake, took the easiest path for them to correct it and I quote, so it's less work for our employees." So after making this tremendous error, they were more concerned about fixing it in a way easiest for them, and accuracy was of no concern. We lost money for their convenience.

I had received the check as a severance payment from a company I no longer worked for, and they still had my former last name on the check. I ended up going to the Wells Fargo in Regency. They were able to easily confirm who I was and made sure the check would go through with the bank who had issued the check. Needless to say, I will not be going back to the Papillion branch of Wells Fargo.
