Not what they once were the way the employees get moved around you lose the personal touch witch you once got I cant believe since there is hardly any need to go into the bank anylonge you would think when you go in you would be treated some special way ever since it has got this way I use the ATM to do most of my bamking it does not talk back or try to get you to open a account you just make your deposits or withdraws and go on your way and if your luckey you will have a nice conversation with a customer waiting to use the ATM sory to have to be this way but WellsFargo realy needs to get there act togather Oh one more this Im know its a bisness and have to make a buck but the charges are a joke for fees that drive me crazy I hope you are listening Wells Fargo times re changing and so are your customer to a different bank it wont be long before you are gone like lots of others that you don't see any longer read more

It's upsetting to say how rude the employees are. You would think because its in a small town everyone would be friendly. I needed some paperwork faxed to wellsfargo my mortgage and was told I could go into any wellsfargo bank to be assisted. The employees did assist me however I did not feel welcomed I actually felt like I was a burden. And then I had to send another fax and it was snowing really bad. However paperwork had to be faxed. I went thru the drive thru assuming the employee would understand because of the weather. Nope. I was told to come inside to fax my paperwork. And that process was the same as before I walk in and hand the fax to a employee as I watch as my paper work is being read and discussed to me. read more

Rude, pushy, and completely unprofessional. I am no longer a personal account holder with this bank, but unfortunately I still have to do a lot of business with them. When I walk up to the counter, right away I'm bombarded with the tellers, always trying to hustle me into opening a new account with them. When I politely decline, I am then asked a series of prying questions such as why I don't bank with them, what bank I currently use, if I'm a home owner, what long term financial plans I have, etc... I find all of this to be extremely rude and pushy, especially since I make it clear right away that I am not interested in doing any further business with them. Also, when I am needing to cash a Wells Fargo check they make the process of cashing the check, for a non-account holder, a purposefully lengthy and inconvenient process. I actually had a teller lie to me and purposely delay me for not wanting to discuss banking with her, when I politely told her upfront that I was in a hurry and I was not interested in opening an account with them. She lied to me and told me that she did not have a finger print stamp at her station and then called the manager over to "get one from him". When the manager came over she began telling him that I did not have an account with them, so then the manager proceeded to hold me up further by asking me all of the same questions about why I didn't have an account with Wells Fargo, and went on to explain why I should. After I finally became upset and explained for the second time that I was in a hurry and did not have the time to discuss this, in a very rude and disgruntled manner, the teller magically produced a finger print stamp from behind her counter and set it in front of me. I was astonished at this. While the manager was standing there, I said to the teller "I thought you said you didn't have a finger print stamp and that's why you called the manager over here??". She said "No, I never said that. I just needed a manager approval since you're not an account holder". I looked back and forth at both of them and neither one seemed at all interested in how unprofessionally they were behaving, how I was being treated, or the fact that I had just been lied to. At that point the manager just walked away and the teller completed the transaction in silence. Wow! Walking into this particular Wells Fargo reminds me of walking onto the lot of a car dealership... pushy sales people who are more than willing to compromise their integrity and reputation in order to meet their quota and make a buck. A very sad and discouraging situation. On a more positive note- there are two tellers that I will specifically name who (despite the pressure from management to open new accounts, etc.) are successful in maintaining their integrity and consistently demonstrate good customer service: Nazneen B. and Laura L.. My personal thanks for doing an outstanding job... and not making Every Wells Fargo experience in Telford a negative one. -Regards read more
