Not only was it not the correct colors, It was much smaller overall, less roses. Vase isn't even near the same Spent over $100. When you order directly on a floral shops website, you should get what you order and if not, they should take the time for $100 to reach out and tell you their shipping something smaller and different so you have the choice to order somewhere else to get what you want. When I reached out to them, this is what they said which I think made me more sad. Go to another floral shop where you get what you order & pay for. They responded: We state that substitutions of flowers and container are permitted in the descriptions of every arrangement. I'm so sorry you were disappointed by not receiving the flowers you had expected. I will offer a 50% refund to you as an apology.
