So, any review for a pediatrics office has to be relative to that baseline. Roseville, truthfully, is as good as it's going to get. The doctors are nice, rooms are clean, nurses are sweet to kids. It's organized. Good parking. Is it fun going here? No. But it's never fun to take your kid to a doctor. Bottom line - got a kid? Go here.

I chose Roseville because I heard they have a few very experienced Dr's and I liked that they are a…read morepart of Penn Medicine/LGH. Unfortunately we have not had a good experience there. A few of the Dr's are nice- but the office staff not so much and there is a huge lack of appointments, sick and annual well child appointment problem. Reaching the nurses is also difficult and several times messages I left with a nurse have not been passed along, were passed along incorrectly, documents not completed, etc. My child was also misdiagnosed and we are just starting to deal with the consequences of that. I wish I would have chosen a smaller practice and am looking into switching now. My child needed better care and she was just a number there.
