Her process was to keep checking me in, charging my parents for each and every office visit, with no courtesy of others and their financial situations. Selfish care isn't helpful care when it comes to the medical field. I shouldn't have to ask my mother, questions I should be able to rely on my medical provider to answer. Sad and disappointed that the world has come to leave the hands of the "future" in the hands of people who don't care. After going through another traumatizing event when back in York, Pa, involving cy, I saw my appointment on the app was scheduled with "Gordon", quickly my mother helped me change that appointment. But even in my worse I had to stress and avoid a health care provider for my benefit. Do better WellSpan. Do better.

He is by far the prudent doctor I have ever been to. The longest I have had to wait is 5 minutes. His staff is wonderful, very professional and personable. They greet you by name and genuinely care. I highly recommend this office.
