As a person who sometimes forgets to look after myself, it just takes a session with Janet to remember how important it is to relax and feel peaceful. Whether a deep tissue massage or something lighter...Janet knows her stuff. She is so capable and professional. I walk out of her office feeling restored and rejuvenated, and I know my face, neck and shoulders look totally relaxed. The therapy session room is very calm and welcoming, lovely music and capable, knowledgable hands await. Best of all, by the end of a massage, Janet knows more about what's going on with my muscles, tendons and all the rest than I do...and I go away more aware of what I can do to keep my body and mind in better shape.
