I always thought that in high end luxury stores the services must be…read moreextraordinary, this is not the case in this store where today July 17, 2023 I had the worst treatment in a store. the first thing when I tried to enter in the store, an employee looked at me and it took about 1 minute before he analyzed me and decided that I deserved to enter the store, then once I entered the store, a terrible employee came to me and asked me what I wanted. I told him that I am interested in buying a rolex watch for my mother, a not very popular model, a model that cannot be resold to earn more money. I showed him that I found the watch on their website and that it is in their store in Frankfurt when the employee told me without checking the computer or asking anyone else that they didn't have the watch and before I could ask him anything else he said goodbye and turned his back on me. 30 minutes after I left the store, I couldn't believe what happened. There's no way, I think it's impossible to behave like that with a customer who wants to buy a watch worth almost 12 thousand euros. This is the most horrible store I have ever entered in all my 33 years.

Meine Vermutung ist dass, wenn die meisten Vertriebsmitarbeiter sich auf diese Weise verhalten, ist es wahrscheinlich an der Arbeit Handbuch geschrieben. ganz in der Nahe (innerhalb 400m) gibt es einige andere Juwelier, die erstklassige Uhren und guten Service anbieten kann, wo ich am Ende zwei Uhr gekauft habe.
