I thought they have saved my life after the exhaust of my car broke off…read more Thankfully it happend close-by so a guy walked me back to my car, removed the exhaust and we drove back to the garage. I was to pick up the car later in the evening. Well okay, the bill I got was quite shocking but what do I know?! However one of the guys must have let my radio switched on so when I wanted to leave their premises the car just didn't move. Okay shite happens, got the battery loaded again and drove off. Soon after though my car got a problem around the exhaust area and when I phoned to get an appointment for a check-up they let me wait and wait. Not only on the phone but the 3 times I came back personally, too. So bring plenty of time & patience if you aren't wise enough not to follow my advice. Well to cut a long story short they claimed they couldn't find anything and that it wouldn't be their fault anyway. I left the place very frustrated with a slightly fecked up car. Maybe it's different if you are a guy yourself, understanding a mighty lot about cars and not easily to intimidate?! It could possibly happen then that the grumpy mechanics open up a little. Trying to be a little neutral at the end: While waiting I read they offer all the services that the main garages do, too.
