Ordered a burger combo and a chicken ranch combo to go. Burger okay, ranch wrap no ranch, very dry, fries were dry?? no ketchup offered or put in bag and again where's the ranch. $23.00 and threw most out because we couldn't choke it down. If I could give 0 I would! Very hateful customer service! I asked for no ketchup or mustard. After we got to window. Which I told them I'm very sorry. The cooked yelled out she should have said that before she pulled up. Then made another one with only mayo and burger. Nothing else no lettuce cheese, tomato. Walked inside, and not through the drive thru. Lady took order and it was simple. Then watched her try to assemble a few orders before mine many of which were for Dash, or someone else to pick up. Some bags she emptied, played with, refilled so many times, they were nearly worn out by the time she finished. Eventually she got my order ready to go. By that time, food was already cold. I have few pet peeves but cold fries is one of them. And now someone messing with my food that is too fidgety and just could not concentrate on what she was doing. The reason for two stars? There was a manager watching the person most of the time, so likely her behavior was already suspect. read more

Honestly the only reason I've giving 2 stars instead of one is in hopes that someone in management takes it seriously and doesn't dismiss a review because its one star. The staff do no greetings, no fair-wells. There is a general and dismissive attitude from the entire staff. I've on several occasions stood waiting to give my order in silence for 2-3 minuets as the staff stand there and dont even acknowledge me. Until I eventually am asked "what do you want". The same thing happens after I give my order and I am unsure if there is more. They hand the food and walk away, no "have a good day" no "thank you for your order" not even a response to a "thank you" or "have a good day". Honestly I wonder if they have been told to ignore customers because this level of poor customer service has to be intentional. Its not just me either, I see it with ever customer that comes in. This is the level of customer service that gets you fired. read more

We stopped here on the way to Clemson. The drive thru was quick and our food. (Two 4 for $4s) was piping hot and fresh. Our sodas were actually carbonated, and not watered down like at some places. I would definitely stop here when I'm back in the area for a quick bite. read more

If you like cold and old food check this place out. Used the app and picked carry out for 7:25pm. They lock the doors at 7:00pm according to the guy on the drive thru window. My receipt says the food was ready at 7:19. I finally got to the window and got my food at 7:50. My frosty junior was completely melted. My medium frosty was mostly gone. The bathrooms were okay but there were no paper towels, the floor in the lobby was dirty and there was trash on some of the tables. The food was okay but the frosty's were watered down as if they had been left out prior to giving them to us. The service was okay except for when our fry was left off the tray. When we went back up to ask for it we were made to feel as if we lied to get a free fry, when in fact we never got it. The salad that we ordered was below par, they pretty much threw fresh salad on top of the old wilted salad to make it sellable. Would I go to this particular location again? Probably not, unless it was the only fast food restaurant open. read more

Honestly this is one of the best experiences I've had at a fast food restaurant in a VERY long time. Destiny was nice and just did the simple things like speak when you walk up to the register which I haven't seen happen in a while. She was polite and made sure everything in my order was correct! The service speed is on par with most Wendy's in that it's terrible. The employees are sometimes fine, but often extremely inattentive and just hand me the bag with a "here-ya-go," and shut the window. Often they won't even look at me. The food is barely acceptable. I felt like I was speaking to first graders. I have never encountered such a group of incompetent bastards in my life. I specifically ordered 2 Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers and 1 10-piece order of nuggets. The jackass at the drive-thru asked if I order a small pepsi, 2 chicken sandwiches and a salad. I repeated the order to her (at window number 1) in addition to the first two attempts and the drive-thru speaker... only to find that my order was still incorrect once I arrived at window 2. At that point, I said "screw it" and left because I had an appointment 25 miles down the road in Greenville at 5:30 PM and I wanted a quick meal before that 3-hour meeting. Luckily, McDonald's is next door and I'll do business with them in the future. The audacity of these dumb bastards demanding 15 bucks an hour when they can't follow simple instructions.
