First time stopping care, I wanted a place to check out since I was in the area and me and my colleagues were a bit hungry. I got there biggie bag and it was really good especially their chicken sandwiches. The orders came out really quick and the staff here was above average for what it's worth. It's got a pretty large parking lot for what it is parking situation wise. Restrooms were pretty clean too! Dining room was well kept at the same time . Decent chicken sandwiches and chili, but this particular location has the SLOWEST drive thru. Twice in less than 2 weeks, I was in the drive thru lane for over 1/2 hour and I just ordered 1 item both times. It wasn't as though they had a special meal deal like Popeyes did nor was the restaurant crowded (other than the employees, I only saw 4 persons inside). And they got my order mixed up! Is there anything they can do to speed things up and get things right at this particular location? Only reason I was there was to pick up something for someone else. This location is terrible. I tried to order drive thru but server who was talking on microphone and window was super offensive.
