Today was a sh*t show for lunch. They gave us the wrong bags of food and then had to switch it with the other customer then remake it after they're arguing with each other over who did what wrong. Then we get our food after waiting even longer. Once we get our food we are eating and thank god I looked down at my sandwich because half of it was RAW. RAW CHICKEN. And I took a bite cuz I was hungry and didn't notice. I have a sensitive stomach and will probably get sick so thanks for that. My partner went to the register and talked to the manager about it and brought the sandwich over. He agreed to refund us cuz I couldn't eat anything anymore but he only tried to refund us for the sandwich. What the hell is that? So we told him he needs to refund us for the entire #6 meal because the fries and drink went immediately in the trash. Every time I come the drive thru service is quick. The orders are accurate and the food is always hot. Prices are pretty average for fast food but the fact that theres minimal inflation as this location is near the airport is a win! Staff are always nice and friendly. So bummed! They got our drive thru order extremely wrong and forgot many of our items. Half on me because I usually double check my bag before driving away... but also that shouldn't be a requirement when paying a restaurant to provide fast food service. They had a new frosty flavor that was Oreo brownie but it is not tasty. The base is super icy and the flavors unfortunately didn't mesh right. I do think we are sleeping on their fries though, they are significantly better than McDonald's so good on them! It was also SO pricey, this was our order--one "biggie bag" combo (they forgot the sauce for my nuggets and gave me Coke instead of Diet), one chicken wrap, ten piece saucy nuggets (that they just squirt some bbq sauce in and half don't even get covered), one large fry (which they forgot to give us), and one Oreo frosty. Hawaii is expensive I get it, but our meal was almost $40. That's seems outrageous. I honestly don't think I will be frequenting this one again anytime soon, unless all I go for is a fry that I can see with my own eyes and drive away with in hand. I had lunch here today. I wanted to try their Krabby Patty Collab Meal. It's for the 25th anniversary for SpongeBob SquarePants It comes with a Krabby Patty burger, French fries and a Pineapple Under the Sea Frosty for $12.69. It was a bit underwhelming. How can you do a collab without the special packaging? It looks like food from the everyday menu. The burger was just ok. The special sauce didn't blow me away. The fries were crispy and hot. Disorganization amongst employees and a Night Manager with a condescending pathetic attitude towards serving customers is now the "slowest food" norm. Drive thru was so quick on a Saturday morning. The cashier was very patient as I asked a ton of questions. (I don't get out that way but once or twice a year.) The food was packaged very neatly and tidy. I had some errands to run before going home so I parked the car and dug in. Best decision! The biscuit, oh my, the biscuit! I like me a good biscuit, but this one, oh my hat! With the first bite of my sandwich, I heard a lovely song playing on a harp. The sandwich was nice and hot. The outside edge of the biscuit was crispy while the inside was so buttery, light, fluffy and tender. I wanted to dive into a large barrel of these biscuits and gobble them up! (It might very well be my last meal request before I die!) The sausage patty was square...just like the burgers, (which is what I actually wanted, but was too early), and had the most wonderful flavor with a wee bit of spiciness. I will opt for breakfast sausage over bacon, every time! Beautiful! The egg is over hard, which is my favorite way to have it. I have developed a sensitivity to egg yolks in the past 2 years, so I usually order without it. Not this time. I wanted to see the whole sandwich. I ate it, too! (It's been 6 hours and I'm doing just fine!) Mahvelous! The combo meal came with a side of seasoned potato wedges. Outstanding when they are piping hot and fresh! The seasoning is not salty at all and has a little bit peppery. No ketchup or sauce of any kind needed. And a drink. I chose bottled water. I was so impressed by the breakfast sandwich, I turned my car around and went back for 5 more, for my breakfasts next week. ( I bagged them up and tossed them in the freezer.) T-Mobile Tuesday... Along with Wendy's app is an offer for free Dave's Single or Chicken (Classic or Spicy) Sandwich and since I've never been to Wendy's ever thought this would be a great time to give them a try. I know the closest location from work would be right on Nimitz Hwy right outside Salt Lake and it was an easy drive but was just so blown how huge their parking lot was the biggest I've ever seen for a fast food restaurant. There seem to be a steady line in the drive thru but wanted to see what's inside and found it quite empty with just a couple of other customers. Nice and clean restaurants with lots of seating both inside and outside, I noticed some art work hung around the restaurant only to read a plaque right beside each one telling a store behind each one was very nice and touching. Super nice and clean I ordered my sandwich which I downloaded and easily redeemed by scanning my code I also ordered "Baconator Fries" to pair with my sandwich and what a disappointment...it was like 3oz of fries with watery cheese and bacon bits from a bag...$4.89, the Dave's Single is $7.19...why! Their multiplex drink was impressive though it's one of those digital screen where you can choose over 30 types of soft drink...super cool! I really wanted to like it but thinking of the price I just can't! It pains me to say this and understand the inflation but that price was very difficult to understand and will make it impossible for me to return as it really wasn't worth it for me personally. read more

We both ordered the biggie bag and were not $9.00 each and everything got smaller and less amount of chicken nuggets as you can see. I have to say that the food and service came out amazing. I haven't had Wendys in a while and it really felt to my core. The only suggestion i can make is that the managers need to reprimand their staff, do so in the back out of the public area. It was a busy time and i know the manager wants their shift to move smoothly but I felt uncomfortable and bad for the worker being berated. I was fixated on him really scolding the worker. I'd just like to say, I generally would give praise to fast food places that do things right but this location is going downhill fast. I ordered, a Cobb salad with extra bleu cheese and vinaigrette dressing. It took about 10 minutes to get to the window. After 5 additional minutes, they tell me to park in the front by the stairs to wait for the grilled chicken. I'm not even joking I sat outside for about 10 more additional minutes. I leave happily, just ready to eat because I have to go to work, and I open my package. It's a Cobb salad with no bleu cheese, chicken was cold so not sure why they lied and said they were cooking it and they gave me ranch dressing instead. The cherry on top was there was no fork either to eat it with. Wonderful. The coffee that I also had ordered I thought the cream would be in the bag turns out they forgot that too. That was approximately 25-30 minutes spent waiting on a salad and coffee. I get dinner rush. I can even understand that there are customers inside and you folks are busy. Decent. Slightly cheaper than Chick Fil A. I haven't been to Wendy's in a while but this deal came up for a BOGO for the spicy ghost pepper chicken sandwich. It was spicier than CFA, but also very dry. Overall, 3 stars due to value and dryness, the saving grace being that I love spice and they took this one to a level that I can appreciate (aka if you are adverse to spice... steer clear!).
