first off the kid working the register didn't know what he was doing. took almost 5 min just to order. then once we did we noticed that our order was completely incorrect. after getting my order fixed I still received the wrong sized drink. the soda syrups were all out which isn't entirely they're fault. but when I asked to have them replaced for a chocolate and a vanilla frosty I only received chocolate and the very young and probably inexperienced manager was just being negative to me about my meal. please save yourself the trouble and go to the Wendy's on 2700 next to the freeway. Worst chicken sandwich I've ever had. Please do better. Stopped at the request of family so thought I'd give it a try, never again.

My daughter asked to go here for breakfast so we packed up the family and came here. We ordered 2 bacon egg and Swiss croissants, a sausage egg and cheese croissant and a maple bacon croissant. Immediately after I got my food, my daughters sandwiches were biscuits and not croissants. No big deal, mistakes happen. I take it up and the gentleman at the counter says he will fix my order. He gives me the 2 new sandwiches and I take them back to my daughter and finally open mine. The sandwiches they gave me to replace the incorrect ones earlier are still wrong. They put the bacon on a croissant but now have cheddar cheese instead of Swiss. In addition to this, my maple bacon chicken croissant has no maple, but Swiss cheese sauce instead. I asked to speak to the manager to fix this and they bring me the same guy who had just messed up my order. I pointed out what the issue was and he starts to argue with me, saying it's a bacon egg and cheese, I pointed at the menu and showed him it says Swiss. That's what's supposed to be on there. So he goes back to grab an actual manager who explained the last "manager" I spoke to is on his first day. Why would you have a brand new first day employee acting as a manager? So I order a simple Asiago Ranch Chicken Sandwich combo (with no modifications) at the drive up window and as usual, am told to pull around to the second window. I pay for my meal and the drive thru window cashier tells me to please pull forward because it will be a minute before my order is ready...and someone will bring it out to me. I look in my rear view mirror and I see that no one is behind me in the drive thru lane, so I tell the cashier that I'll just wait right here at the window instead. The cashier now becomes more insistent and tells me that she can't have me waiting at the window because the timer will continue running so I need to pull forward. She closes her window and then realizes that I'm not complying with her direction to pull forward, even though there still isn't any vehicle in line behind me. So she opens the window again and now demands that I pull forward because I'm holding up drive thru customers behind me. I look in my rear view mirror again and say I don't see anybody behind me, at which point she says they are ordering right now and will be pulling around the corner soon. I then tell her that as soon as they pull up behind me, I will then pull forward. She closes the window. About a minute later later, the window opens and a different employee (not a manager) politely asks me to pull forward and the will bring my food out. I repeat that I'll wait right here at the window until my food is ready or until someone pulls up behind me. Once again they repeat that they have someone ordering at the drive thru and about ready to pull around, so I repeat that when I see them pull around I will pull forward and be out of their way. About 30 seconds later a car finally pulls around and as promised, I pull forward. All in all, it takes about 10-15 minutes to finally get my simple chicken sandwich combo and the employee that brings it out to me simply says "here" and then walks away. No "thank you for waiting" or "apologize for the delay"...just "here." I've noticed that many fast food restaurants (not just Wendy's) ask drive thru customers to pull forward from the window and they will bring the food out. It appears that this Wendy's must be keeping track of how long a vehicle stays at the window and is using it as a metric keeping track of how fast they serve their customers. If that's so, then asking customers to pull forward is gaming the system and skewing the time it takes to actually serve the customer. Hey Wendy's, I don't care about your timer! I care about customer service which you seem to have forgotten what that is. I too am considerate enough to not hold up anyone behind me if my order is taking too long so I'll gladly pull forward. But when there's no one behind me and you insist that I pull forward for the sake of your metrics then I feel that you've lost touch with the concept of good customer service. So sad... read more

this location will let you down do not go it never is worth it. they will never give you fresh food. I went today thinking it might've gotten better but everything they gave me was old you could tell the fries and chicken nuggets have been sitting around forever. don't get the strawberry lemonade it tasted like straight water. I've worked at Wendy's for 2 years and I know they don't care about any of the food. We went here because my sister was STARVING. We pulled up to the speaker and he was ignoring what we said and had a sassy additude and made very short comments. When we pulled up to the window they took forever and we're very inconsiderate of my sisters needs. They were mean to us and very short and had a bad temper. The female manager for this location is absolutely atrocious. My friend went in for a job 10 minutes early, and had to wait for 30 minutes before the manager finally made it out to see who is there. When she got to him, she accused him of being 30 minutes late and told him that he was not gonna work there if that's how he's gonna be. When he informed her that he was there on time and expressed how disrespected he felt, she simply responded by telling him to leave the store and deflecting his feelings. If this is how you're gonna treat people who are wanting a job, I can't imagine how you treat customers. I would give it -10 stars if I could. Please fix management for the store, i'm sure this is not the image you want your company to reflect. read more

Every time I go here I am disappointed. I don't know why I still try. I placed a mobile order and after finally getting to the speaker I waited about 4 minutes just for them to take my order. Once at the window they didn't even speak to me, just handed me my bag. Knowing better I checked inside and my sauces weren't there, but there was a sauce I didn't order. I asked for a few more bbq and was handed one with a blank stare. I decided to cut my losses and accept the one sauce. At this point I should have gone inside to fix everything. I don't even know how this location is still in business. Every time we go, there is an issue. I figured I would try the mobile ordering and it would maybe be better. I was feeling under the weather and needed to still feed my kids so I placed an order via the app. It consisted of three chicken sandwiches with fries and a kids cheeseburger-plain. We pulled up to the line of three cars and waited. And waited. And waited. We finally get to the speaker and I tell the lady that I have a mobile order to pick up. I probably would have left had I not already paid for the order. She tells me they don't have any mobile orders. I tell her the name and think maybe I'm at the wrong location so I ask if I can confirm the address with her. I tell her the address it was supposed to be at 2594 N Washington. She then tells me I'm at the wrong location and that there address is 2495 N Washington. Since I'm new to North Ogden, I double checked the map and I was at the right location. I told her I had to be at the right location and there had to be an order. She tells me to "hold on." She comes back a few minutes later and says, "pull to the window." No please. No I'm sorry for the mistake. Nothing. We pull forward and wait and wait longer. We get to the window and she doesn't even acknowledge that we are there. Sure, she is busy working but doesn't say one thing to us. She didn't open the window to tell me they found my order or anything. After a few more minutes of waiting, she opens the window and hands us our food. Never once, talking to us. So apparently they found our order that she was sure wasn't there. I wasn't rude to her at all. I never even got a chance to talk to her. Needless to say, after 45 minutes of waiting, we got our food from a very grumpy lady. I understand that places are short staffed and the wait may be longer. I get that and I'm respectful of that but she didn't need to treat us that way. Also, they need to have a separate place for online orders. There's a reason people place online orders...so we don't have to go through the line making everyone else wait. One of the oldest Wendy locations in Utah or it seems that way. The quality of the food is terrible. It's so bad that you have to make an effort to make it this bad. The people sometimes barely speak English and when that happens your order is never correct. Ordered the baconator fries and it's obvious they used burt reject bacon that they couldn't put on the burgers. The large coke I ordered tasted like a club soda because it has zero syrup mixed in it. I thought I learned my lesson years ago when I decided to all going to that location but I guess I had to learn again. I'll never go to that location again!
