I love a Dave's double or a Dave's triple without onions. Besides that and their chocolate frosty, that's the only thing I go to Wendy's for. However, this one on Indian school is the closest to me. And every single time I order my burger without onions they always put onions on it. Actually every single time. I even tell the people look the last several times you've put onions on it please make sure there's no onions. Unfortunately, I always go through the drive-through. Another thing, they never put napkins in the bag. A Dave's triple is a messy burger. At least put in a couple napkins. One time I ordered the Dave's double with no onions and I received their regular double hamburger not a Dave's double. I don't know what I have to do to get this order right from this location. The service at this establishment is very poor. I go in to order food 1. The place is a mess. 2. My order was wrong leading me to wait extra long for a chicken sandwich which I find insane. 3. This location is always short staffed, I try to order thru the app to avoid long wait times but it never fails it's always a wait. The manager doesn't look like he helps take the load off and make sure the employees are good. He was just walking thru the kitchen checking inventory or something he had his lil clip board and his clothes were so clean, clearly he doesn't do any work. So I did a mobile order, and I always remember to put no mayonnaise, which I made sure to do this time. When I walked in to pick up my food, all the employees looked like they didn't want to be there- very uninviting. When I returned to work with our order, I noticed my burger was wrong and headed back over. The girl at the counter told me I would have to pay for another order if I wanted it fixed. I asked why I had to buy another sandwich when the app didn't carry over my request. She argued a little more before getting the manager Valerie. This Wendy's don't deserve even 1 star as far as I am concerned. The inside of the store is ok there restrooms are always clean and there service is good and fast. There drive thru on the other hand is so terrible. If your lucky someone might acknowledge you before you have to scream"Hello are you there". Sometimes they never acknowledge me at all. If your lucky enough to get your order placed then it's another 20 to 25 minutes to wait in line to get your food. What's funny is when you get to the window there at 3-4 employees standing there not doing nothing. There management needs to be fired or trained better so they can lead there employees. Ordered just an ice water and my throat instantly got scratchy within a few minutes, full of mucus the next day. I feel sick. They use a scooper for their ice, shouldn't have ordered it. The scoopers leave an open risk for the employees hands to touch the ice, which they are touching registers, screens, cash, all that bacteria. I feel so regretful. This Wendy's is a complete scam... I ordered on door dash and they gave me a totally different order then what I ordered on that app. My burgers had no buns they just gave me plain burgers in a clear container. The rest of my order was incomplete and unfinished. I tried calling them at lease 30 times and no one picked up. One star is BEYOND generous. Every time I come here my order is never correct. Something is either missing, the food is cold, or the fries are unsalted. The list can go on and on and on. I had to drive back to the store today because the employees apparently don't know what's in a biggie bag and forget to put half of my order in my bag. I spoke to someone on the phone and he was beyond rude and the lady at the front counter was even worse. As someone who works in costumer service I'm deeply frustrated and astonished that these people are even working. However it seems night shift can do and act as they please. Should have checked my order and not been in a rush to get home and feed my family. This location does not know how to handle more than one car at a time in the drive through. We waited 5 minutes in line and a Male came out the building and placed a trashed can in front of our car to prevent us from ordering. We called to complain and the Male who answered the phone initially REFUSED to give us the name of the manager and then REFUSED to give us his name. I asked multiple times and he hung up the phone. I totally forgot how amazing Wendy's was. It literally felt like sex in my mouth. This place is the best place to go to if you're in a rush and starving. Their value menu is perfect. Something about their frostees keep me coming back. I think it's because it's so thick and creamy. I absolutely love them! I came here for a quick lunch with my sister and mom.
