I ordered 2 jr. Bacon cheeseburgers with no mayo, add extra mustard and extra pickles and add onion, it's supposed to also come with cheese, lettuce and tomato. They literally forgot the lettuce, tomato and mustard and gave me 2 burgers with only meat bacon cheese onions and pickles. ‍ Food was cold too. Cashier was nice tho. But my food sucked. read more

Where's the beef! I'll tell you where it is, it's piled high on the Wendys burgers. I prefer the face to face ordering. I walked in and was greeted by the man behind the counter. He was very pleasant. I used a couple coupons and he was accomadating. They made my food fresh. In and out with no issues. Everything needs to be improved and as a regular customer i can actually point to the this location went even further downhill. It was when a staff replacement occurred and the short lady with the nose ring started at the window. I think she is a manager because she refused me service, rather, refused to fix her mistake. As I always do, I checked my order but did so after I left the window. Dummy me because she insisted that I had to wait at the end of seven other cars to have a cheeseburger added to my order. She claimed I was rude because I walked up to the other window and told me I was being rude to the person waiting on their order. I apologized and asked him he of course was waiting for his food so why would he care? He didnt. He was very polite. YET, the "manager" insisted her customer, me, was rude for asking and made sure she exercised her authority. Wow. This has got to be the most ridiculous place on earth for a burger. The Latinos in the back cooking never get the orders correct. I asked for fresh cooked burgers, they put them in the microwave and burnt the edges and dried the beef out. I don't know who the senior lady is, however, she should go play bingo she's so mean. Me and my friends went to Wendy's since the culvers next door was packed and we wanted our food fast. Partially the order is up was our fault because we don't usually order ourselves, so I do take that. But when we went in for a third time to correct the order because of mix up's and when doing so both of their employees got mad, cursed all three of us out and told us to leave. WOW! I have been coming here for well over 10 years. Every time I order a blueberry pomegranate lemonade, the syrup is sitting on the bottom. I personally have to turn it upside down and make a mess to ensure it's mixed. This time when I ordered, for the first time ever, one of the incredible employees names Tynya (spelling may be off) MANUALLY MIXED MY LEMONADE. what a queen. Wow! My niece came home upset and told me how the boy taking her order under the name of GABE was INAPPROPRIATE making unprofessional "jokes" and mumbling slang/vulgar under his breath while preparing the order. There is no reason for the attitude that they give to the customers. They made me feel stupid and unwelcome. Don't know when the southside of Chicago took this place over, but the drive thru was the slowest ever, 20 minutes for five cars. I discovered the reason why. The sole local girl was doing all the work while the southside talked and joked around. There was a guy working the first window that did nothing but take payment when he could have lifted a finger and taken drive thru orders. The local girl took the order, made the drinks, and put the food together. This is why there was a delay of 3-4 minutes between orders at the speaker. When I finally got the food, the burger sucked. Overcooked and no flavor. Simple fix, fire the manager that hired the useless family and friends. Read the one five star review for this place, if you can make sense of it. Yes, I'm reviewing a fast food place- I've done it before and I'll do it again. I don't love this Wendy's BUT it's the closest to home and I get a hankering for my free (thanks to my key tag) junior frosty every now and again. I've always gone through the drive thru My first visit I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich w/ added pickles and onion, a baked potato w/ chives and sour cream, and frosty- the potato was under cooked and the sandwich had soggy lettuce... AND they didn't give me a receipt- didn't catch that until I got home 2nd visit was today 2/15/17 as I again wanted my frosty and I thought I'd give them another shot to get the sandwich right- not today- strike 2- no tomato on my sandwich but the potato was cooked properly... I told them I didn't want to buttery spread so they gave me 3??.... wasteful Yes, I will go back BUT I'm done w/ that particular order... perhaps they can impress me w/ their salads. read more

I've never had an issue with My food at this location but always issues with the staff . I always grab something quick to eat on my way home from work late nights and it's always disrespectful kids working . I go to pay and they have music blaring to where i can't hear my total . Then i watch the the girl handing out food to the car in front of me and and she drops it on the floor accidentally but then turned around and the lady had to get it herself . No sorry from what i can tell . I then proceed to pull up and the girl has her headphones in while i try to ask for a drink carrier and she screams "what do you want" just kids i understand but i expect to have a little more respect than that . Horrible service. RUDE manager. Have been to this location a few times and a couple of times the order was missing something. This one time, a few weeks ago we came through drive-through. Ordered the spicy chicken. Got home and found we were given the wrong order totally. Called the Wendy's right away and spoke to someone that told us we can come by anytime to get a complimentary meal. Went by there today to get the sandwich. Spoke to a very RUDE manager by name of Ronde (sp?), who said no one told us that. We tried to explain but he shut us down saying no one ever told us that and he's not giving any replacement. This location is listed as opening at 10:00a.m. on weekends. I arrived here at 10:21am on Sunday, February 17. Another customer and I attempted to enter the restaurant and the door was locked, with no lights on inside. I called the restaurant's phone number. Someone answered and I asked if the restaurant was open. The person said it was not open until 11am. I mentioned that the opening time is listed as 10am, and he just stated that he would not have any employees there until 11am (I assume he is the manager). Within a couple minutes, I saw an employee arrive and someone let her in, although they did not let customers in at this point. I then called the corporate number (no option for submitting a complaint online) at 10:30am and informed the person who answered of the situation. He acknowledged that the restaurant should have opened, and he stated that someone from the restaurant's "leadership team" would follow up with me. However, I never heard from anyone. Wish they would do something about this place. Kids love Wendy's, but walked in one day after not being inside in a long time and place looked extremely dirty. A guy taking out the garbage was walking right in front of the cashiers in between customers waiting on their orders. He saw us driving up to the drive thru and we waited for him to take our order but he never showed up. We went around the front again and he was still on his phone in the eating area. We double checked the business hours and they were not supposed to be closed. We called the restaurant but no answer. Our order was not gonna take 30 mins to take. Stop putting young immature people to close at this location. We took our business and our money to McDonald's where they were much nicer. Worth the extra drive from here. This store used to be good years ago. Now what concerns me the most is how dirty the dining room always is. When the front of the store is consistently that bad, imagine how bad the kitchen must be!! I'm sure a good manager could fix their problems quickly. This time, my sandwich was soaked in mayo so I wasn't completely happy with my order. My fries were hot, my order was correct, so it's not horrible.
